The best water bottle ever
This is hands-down, the best water bottle ever made because of design specifically the single trigger capability, the thermal capability and the ease of use. I have been using these water bottles since Avex was the manufacturer and I appreciate the Coleman did not change the design.
The only downfall or disappointment that I have with is that they took away the color variations that were offered by Avex specifically the stainless steel, which was the sexiest water bottle ever made. Myself and number of government in military loved this bottle and still travel with them today-I still have my first one from 2016 with plenty of dents and scratches. Coleman please bring back additional colors, specifically the stainless version that Avex offered!

Lid started leaking
Was a fantastic water bottle my son loves it and has stickers from all over on our trips on it but started leaking one day in his backpack and now is unusable I'd really like to be able to get a replacement lid for it so I can use is again for soccer this summer and school again next year.

eventually, it started leaking
it eventually leaks when closed. The Autoseal function prevents it from accidentally being opened, but when the lid is closed, the tube inside is pinched off to prevent leakage. Eventually, the pinch doesn't work as well, and it leaks slowly if it is not kept upright.
In my case, it lasted between 1 and 2 years. Unfortunately, Coleman does not offer a replacement cap/lid for this product, so the only option is to throw it away and buy a new one - or make sure it is always kept upright when traveling.

Durable!
I had this water bottle for about 2 years. I unfortunately lost it a few weeks ago but I'm planning on buying another one because it was so good! One of the reasons I bought it was because I heard about how durable it was. And sure enough: I dropped it countless times over the years and never encountered any broken pieces or leaks. I also loved its spot design with a button to allow flow. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I was able to buy mine for less than 20 dollars rather than 30.

Best reusable bottle for a child
Bought the 24oz version for my 5 year and it fits perfectly in the backpacks holders and car cup holders. My child is super picky about drinking cold water and this bottle keeps it cold. This is the best bottle to keep his water cold all day at school or at the beach. It is amazing for preventing spills since my child is absent minded and would always forget to close the lids on other bottles. The auto seal and lock are Amazing and super simple to use. My 5 year old loves the bottle.

Excellent design.
The design of this lid has become my favorite. The covered spout stays clean, whether working in the yard or traveling, and the cover stays nicely out of the way when drinking. The locking mechanism is easy to use and effective. It has never leaked or spilled. Insulated bottle keeps my ice water cold, and the shaped neck is easy to grip, without being so narrow that it becomes hard to fill with ice from the dispenser. I use these bottles almost daily.

Durable, keeps very cold and hot for a long time!
Love love love this bottle! I have had it for years and couldn't be happier. I recently dropped it and broke the lid and unfortunately can't find a replacement lid. This is my only complaint about it. Other brands offer replacement lids and I might have to switch brands because of that :( Coleman, if you do offer replacement lid for the Autoseal bottle, PLEASE let me know and I'll buy it and remain loyal to this amazing brand! The last model leaked, but this one has not leaked
The last Coleman bottle I purchased had a straw, which I prefer, and unfortunately, this one does not. However, it does not leak like the last one did, which is what I was looking for. I also received some excellent customer service when I was not able to find an option to return it if needed. Thankfully, I didn’t need to return it after all, but they helped me by providing a shipping label when I asked. thank you very much!

these have been my favorite for years! i've tried some others but none really compare. the only problem i've had is that the handles break off after a lot of use and maybe rough handling, and i wish that i could buy lids separately. also i've lost some, but i keep buying more. what i love most about them is that they don't leak and that they're so easy to drink out of while lying down in bed without having to sit up. i really like drinking warm water, and i go to bed every night with two of them, one that is the perfect tea temperature and the other that is too hot to drink, but by the time the first one is running low the second one is perfect temperature, so i have wonderful warm water to drink all night! also i wish they came in more colors, like they used to. and it would be great if they came in more sizes, like maybe 32 ounce. thanks for a wonderful product!

Truly the best water bottle made.
I bought our first Stainless Water Bottle with the FreeFlow AUTOSEAL lid over 7 years ago. My wife and I trail ride horses. These Bottles are the perfect one to have. They can be picked up and take a drink with one hand, and never leak, plus they keep ice overnight. If you drop it at the height of sitting on the back of a horse, they just bounce, I have first hand experience with that. Well worth what they cost.

Nice looking and functional
I just bought the 24 oz free flow insulated water bottle. It really is free flowing and one handed operation. It also has a lid/cap that covers the section you put your mouth on. I think this is very important because in a crowded work place (like my classroom), I'm not worried about others coughing on my bottle. There's only one flaw, the instructions state to hand wash the bottle. You can dishwash the lid.

BEST Water Bottle EVER!
I purchased the 40oz freeflow a few years ago for a trip. It was PERFECT. Kept my water ice cold much longer than expected. I use it everyday & take it everywhere. My husband was so impressed with it I had to buy him one. Our son kept "using" ours that I ended up buying him one of his own. Just bought another last month as a gift for my cousin because she was saying how she couldn't find a water bottle she really liked in a good size that kept her water cold in her Arizona heat. She now loves her new freeflow. Over the last 3 years my bottle has taken a few falls and held up well. If they sell a replacement lid I may need one in another fall or two the lid being all plastic is really getting banged up. If not I guess I'll be buying another freeflow for myself as a replacement soon. Hope they have another color I love my current is an older aqua blue that I don't see available anymore,

It keeps me drink cold.
This was My Mother's Day Gift. It will keep the temperature of my drink but the straw attachment doesn't seal all of the way so therefore you pull more air than actual drink. Very disappointed as I was excited about this particular cup for work and long rides with my family.

My Best Friend
Love the fact that I can lay in bed on my back and drink water without having to adjust at all lol no leak, it’s durable, barely condensates only because I FILL it with ice. Wonderful insulation though. The Coleman Freeflow auto seal is LITERALLY the greatest metal water bottle I have ever had. Hot or cold liquids, crazy amazing. Just incredible. Completely worth the cost. 10/10

The best hot or cold water bottle I’ve ever owned. I’m a stagehand and I work in some pretty gross environments sometimes. This water bottle is easy to clean(two only breaks down into two pieces); you can put freshly boiled water in there and it won’t melt any components and will still be lukewarm over 24 hrs later; I can use a dremmel to carve my name into it without damaging it’s integrity; it has a cover for the mouthpeice, which is essential if you have ever worked near woodwork, metalwork, or worked outside near trees and wildlife; and it has 3 anti-spill functions so you can just toss it in you bag at the beginning of your day and not have it leak everywhere bc some tool pressed into it just the wrong way. I own 4 of these water bottles including the discontinued purple one which I protect covetously.
Nobody has paid me for this review. There is no downside to this water bottle. It has never failed me.

Poor quality not like it used to be
The quality of these bottles have gone down significantly. After 4 hrs, the ice melted. By the end of my work day, 8 hrs, ice completely gone. Mind you, I work indoors at the hospital, so temperature here is always cold. And this was used this fall temperature here around 60-70 degrees. The ones I bought 10 years ago was wonderful, but not these new ones.

The functionality and durability of this bottle
It does not function to my expectations. Leaks are rare to happen when tightly sealed yet it tends to be confusing when you twist the cap and start to tighten it after a leak. The bottle is not durable as I assumed also for the price range. One accidental drop and I ended up with 3 dents and the sip spout having damage. Unsatisfied with this product

Great…but where’s the camp option??
This is a fantastic duck hunting coffee flask. It even has a gun-like safety, complete with a red mark on the “fire” side. Won’t leak, stays warm several hours in the cold, fairly easy to clean. Deducted 1 star because unlike the previous brand AVEX, when Coleman bought them, camo pattern is no longer offered. Bring it back and this will be perfect!

Not the best I've ever used. I can add ice to my water, and in a few hours it's just cool. Not cold. Maybe it's defective because I purchased it at ross. Never had a Coleman that I didn't like till now.

Leak proof
I love this water bottle. They don’t leak and have lasted us for years. Very durable, even after many drops. Keeps water cold for all day, even in the heat. I wish Coleman would bring back the other colors. My son lost his “spider mum” color 40oz bottle and we wish we could have more colors to help keep everyone’s bottle separate.

I liked this bottle so much the first time I had one (used it for 2 years) that I bought it again. However, the first time I cleaned it something happened to the seal on the lid, and the airtight seal no longer works. I've resorted to using the old lid on the new bottle. Defeats the purpose of why I bought it in the first place.

Some of the best designs!
These autoseal water bottles are fantastic. There is a ton of small intelligent designs incorporated into these to make them useable, resuable, easy to clean, easy to drink, easy to carry. I like them so much I currently have 4! 2 40 oz and 2 24 oz. Some for work, some for the gym, some for flavored drinks. Buy these!

Coleman Stainless Steel 24 oz. water bottle
I purchased this water bottle several times. It keeps things cold or hot. I like the way you can cover the mouthpiece by flipping the cover over it to prevent it from getting dirty and also lock it so water doesn't leak out in case you depress the button accidentally. This water bottle also fits in a car holder.

Perfect bottle for an active lifestyle!
I already had the 32 ounce bottle. It never leaked and kept my beverage ice cold. The mouthpiece can be covered and there is a lock to keep it from leaking if you bump the button. The only problem was that it didn’t fit in my kayak holder. So, I purchased the 24 ounce bottle and it fits perfectly!

These are great for clients gifts - and I personally love them because they fit in my car drink holders and they close automatically so when I am traveling I can throw them in my bag and not worry about leaking - also you don't use a straw - so it won't create wrinkles!!! Best Water Bottle Ever!

Came here today to buy a replacement bottle for my son after the one he has had since 2018, all through high school college and a year abroad, finally took one drop too many. The bottle is fine, the autoseal top just started to leak a little! Hope Coleman never stops making it!

Best water bottle ever!
Almost all the bad reviews are for the wrong water bottle. This one does not have a "straw" or need "suction" to work properly. You pour this into your mouth. It's perfect in every way and the only type of lid like this from any manufacturer that can be cleaned properly.

Awesome color and leak free
I’ve had this cup in the 40 oz size also and I love them both. Easy to carry each day. My coffee stays hot for my morning job from 5:00 am til I am in the middle of my next job 11am. By then I have consumed all of my coffee. Cod drinks stay cold for hours also.

Best waterbottle and the only kind we buy! Actually bought these when they were owned by Avex. Please make this bottle in more colours and advertise it/get it in more stores (especially in Canada!)...more people need to know how good this waterbottle is!!!

i couldn't wait any longer. I bought a 24oz autopop bottle to see if the lids would interchange. they do. so if you just want a lid you can save a couple bucks and buy the 24oz bottle with autoseal lid and it will fit both the 24oz and the 40 oz bottle.
