Mixed Feelings
Sipping mechanism faulty: let’s in way too much air along with the water. Don’t know if it’s an anomaly or not; the cooler was less than ten dollars, and it does keep the water cool.

Disappointed that this jug tips over easily and then leaks. Also, when the lid is tightened the spout lines up with one of the handles instead of between them.

Hello. Thank you for reaching out to us. The Coleman Chiller&trade; 1-Gallon Water Jug typically does not have a clearly marked &ldquo;1-gallon fill line&rdquo; inside the jug. However, here's what you can do: - Fill a standard 1-gallon container (like a milk jug or measuring pitcher), then pour it into the Coleman jug once. The water level will show you where the fill point is inside, you can even mark it discreetly on the inner wall with a food-safe marker if needed.
