Convenient
These are nice and convenient if you’re short on space in your vehicle but have the need for one of these when you get somewhere. They hold up pretty well and I haven’t noticed any leaks in either of the two we have used. An issue I’ve come across is that they like to roll if the water or weight shifts and you’re on an incline. But hanging them in a tree to use as a hand wash station works well. I haven’t been able to collapse one of these back down after first use, so that’s a downfall. However they’re fairly cheap so I ended up tossing the second one because it got super dirty from rolling and we couldn’t collapse it down to fit in the car, although I don’t like wasting.

It's okay
The flimsy soft construction makes it difficult to tighten the cap. It leaks a little. The spigot is way too tight and won't open. Basically works as a storage container and you can pour into other container. There are better designs out there.

Bad plastic odor
It works great but has an awful plastic odor and taste. I put 1 cup of bleach with water and left it for a day but no improvement. I put white vinegar with water - no improvement. I called Coleman and spoke to a rep that did not speak English very well so communication was difficult. I was told they would replace it for free. However, I will most likely have the same problem and declined. Stuck with a jug that will now end up in the landfill.

A camping and fishing and hunting lifestyle and I've always use Coleman camping gear because it's made right and it last for a long time

Good for Drinking Water
Larger capacity container is nice for use in-camp. Double handle is helpful in carrying when full. Sturdy, and packs down nicely for transport. Spigot is well constructed and does not leak.

Screw-on spigot broke after a year
This is a great product, but the plastic screw-on cap did not last long. Is there a replacement spigot? The screw on cap broke, it was stored in our home that is 24/7 climate controlled.

Affordable and very tough!
Bought 2 of these from fredmeyers in Wasilla Alaska June 6th 2020. It was buy one get one 1/2 price. They are awesome and should stand tough for a very long time. Thank you!

So handy
This is a handy addition to camping. You can fill it up and set it on your picnic table. When you travel simply empty and it folds down fairly small. Pretty tough too.

Do you sell just the spigot? I've had one of these for many years, but it now has a slow leak. It looks as if the seal inside the spigot is the issue, so I'd like to get a new one of those if possible. Guess I could just drop in a silicone o-ring.
