Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit I got this Cooler Drain Assembly, from Coleman. I was gifted the cooler and the drain port was broken, so I reached out to see what Coleman could do. Took about 2 weeks to get the item after back and forth via email. This port (Cooler Drain Assembly, White 5010005241) doesn't fit. I apparently have the: 316 Series™120-Quart Hard Cooler 5872. Which the customer service person told me. I've emailed several times and still haven't gotten a response.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Different Threads I ordered a drain valve for my Coleman cooler. Two valve parts arrived, one with a male thread, the other with a female thread (one part goes inside the cooler, the other goes outside). Unfortunately, the two parts have different threads and won’t work together! Not happy. Perhaps Coleman will send the correct parts as a result of this note (?).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drain I got the wrong drain sent to me. I contacted Coleman and they told me the correct drain. I assumed Coleman was going to send me the correct drain as a courtesy but they have yet to send me one. I guess I'll spend some more money and purchase the correct part

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cooler drain plug Somehow the drain cap got lost. My cooler is old but in great condition. I still love it. Anyway I looked several places before ordering drain kit from Coleman. The price was great and removing plug and inserting new one was easy. Fast delivery. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use tools Need tools to install. I had a hard time screwing this on by hand. I could screw on its own but when you are installing it on the cooler itself, it was hard to do on your own without tools. Didn't make sense why it became harder but it did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good thing this exists. Good thing this exists and I didn’t have to buy a whole cooler. I think, knowing this will break and get hard and crack easily, Coleman should include and extra set when purchasing. But it was really good they sell this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Replacement Replacement for a broken and leaking drain. Easy to remove the old drain and install the new drain. The new drain is slightly different from the original, but works just as well.
