Rated 5 out of 5 by from thanks for the right to repair :) Have a 20+ year old coleman still going strong but recently dropped and broke a hinge. didn’t want one small piece of plastic to be the reason an otherwise good cooler was going into the landfill, so was delighted to see that Coleman sold replacement hinges! in an era where it feels like many manufacturers are intentionally designing products so you *have to* replace them every few years, I am grateful for Coleman for making repairs easy and affordable! When I do finally have to replace my cooler, I’ll be getting another Coleman :)

Huge kudos to Coleman for keeping consistent sizing of their handles and hinges through the years so customers can fix their coolers!!! Shipping was super-fast, and I am a VERY happy customer. Kinda makes me want to buy more Coleman gear and support a company that cares about their customers, their products, and their service! I should have checked the Coleman website years ago to find the replacement parts I needed instead of struggling along with a half-broken cooler!

Coleman’s commitment to providing their customers with the means to maintain and continue using older equipment is a testament to the company’s dedication to not only quality products, but a management philosophy that promotes loyalty and customer assurance, of product longevity. The hinges on my older coolers were giving out. I went to the Coleman website and not only did I find replacement for my very old equipment, but an excellent wide ranging offering of replacing parts, for other older Coleman products. In the era, of seemingly non repairable throw away items, this is just outstanding customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Replacements Replacements for broken hinges on a classic Coleman Cooler. These are incredibly easy to replace. Unscrew the old broken ones, screw on the new ones. The replacements come with new screws.
