Description
Break a pole? No worries, the Coleman® Tent Pole Replacement Kit is designed to replace a whole fiberglass pole. To replace a damaged individual pole section within a fiberglass pole, please use the Coleman® Tent Pole Repair Kit instead.
IMPORTANT: The pole sections in the replacement kit may need to be cut to match the length of the broken pole section on your specific tent. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on how to use the replacement kit.

Wrong part no.
Don't bother ordering. I have the Montana 8 person tent. Model number 2000013418. One of my Grey pole segments is cracked. The bag says the replacement is par no. 5010000548. Which is what this is. It is the wrong size. You are the manufacturer, and can't get your stuff right.

Don't waste your time
Bought as a replacement pole set - more like a repair kit. Poles not even the same size as what I needed to replace and needed to be cut. .Doublechecked that I ordered the right part number and I did. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. I find it disappointing that the manufacturer cannot get the right replacement parts

Tried to get from Coleman. Total Joke. Customer service was useless and not clear. Couldn’t even give me exact pole length. Had diameter. He guessed at pole length and it was wrong. I provided all accurate numbers and dates. Sad. Bad experience.

Missing details and inaccurate product photo
The photo does not match what I received. Even when I contacted service they said the dimensions are in the product and they are not. Only the whole package size. I will never purchase from coleman again

Picked up replacement part for my tent using part number listed in the tent bag. Replaceemnt came in with correct number but does not fit said bag and is not identical to the failed one.

Bad quality, bad brand
I used this tent only twice, and during those two uses, two poles broke. Unfortunately, it was already out of warranty. I then purchased replacement poles, but they arrived in the wrong size, and I still couldn’t assemble the tent. After complaining, I was sent a repair kit to fix the new part, which was very frustrating.
Overall, Coleman’s product quality and customer service were very disappointing. I will not buy from this brand again.

Less than impressed
While the replacement part number I purchased did match the replacement part number listed in the "owner's manual" of the tent, the purchased part was not a direct replacement for the existing part. The purchased pole was about 20 inches shorter than the original pole, which required that I disassemble and use pole sections from the broken pole that I was trying to replace. Additionally, the pole sections of the replacement pole are longer than the pole sections of the original pole which means the pole does not fit in the pouch that came with the tent.

Kindly see the informations below: Removing the Pole from the Black Socket to Replace the Shock Cord:The black socket may be glued or press-fitted onto the pole.Try gently twisting and pulling the pole while applying slight heat to soften any adhesive.If it&rsquo;s a press-fit, carefully use pliers or a small flathead screwdriver to loosen it. Removing the Ball at the End of the Pole to Replace the Shock Cord:The ball end is typically attached with glue or a friction fit.Use a heat gun or warm water to soften any adhesive, then carefully pull it off with pliers.If the ball is threaded, try unscrewing it. Bending Replacement Metal Sleeves to Match the Existing Poles:Use a pipe bender or wrap the sleeve around a curved surface with the correct angle.Apply gradual pressure to avoid cracking the aluminum.If necessary, gently heat the metal to make bending easier.
