Somewhat disappointed in the shipping of the items
I received the globes package in very short time from when I ordered them.
When the package arrived, the globes were busted.
The box the globes came in could have held nine globes instead of just the two that I ordered.
The globes inside the big box had only a single sheet of paper around each globe.
There was no hope for them to arrive safely.
I contacted Colemen, explaining how the globes were delivered.
I received a notice on 6/20/24 that a case number 45635706 has been assigned.
I have not received any additional information.
Looking forward for any response.

Replacements are smaller than the original globes.
The replacement globe for the 288 is not the same size as the original globes for this size lantern. Ordered one from Amazon and it’s definitely shorter which causes it to rattle around. You can adjust the tension springs on the frame to get it kind of tight but that picks it up above the top of the frame and it’s still not tight. You can actually get the cheap no name globes off of amazon for $9 and it’s the same size as these replacement globes. I originally purchased one of the cheaper globe no name globes but ordered and actual Coleman replacement because the cheap one was too small. Spend almost $20 on the Coleman replacement to find out it’s undersized too. Had to compare it to an original on other 288 lanterns to make sure it wasn’t just me and it’s clearly smaller.

Arrived as ordered
Needed this Globe for my 30 year old Coleman lantern and was having trouble finding one in retail stores. Nice to see that they are still supporting older equipment unlike a lot of other manufacturers.

Your rep. Jana tried, and I do not say the following with any intention of malice. However, even though I provided correct & complete model number. Your representative sold me the incorrect globe, and another rep. Tried but was unable to provide the correct globe. Now I’m left with a globe I can’t use, and a nice Coleman lantern I can not use.

Revived the lantern.
Original glass had cracked ( probably due to heavy handling) . Got the new glass quickly and fit properly.
Only thing the original glass was made in the USA and new glass was made in China.

I came here to buy a replacement globe for my 220H lantern. The one I received does not fit my lantern. The product number I received is 2000038026. Retracing my steps to figure out where I messed up, I decided to search the product, confirm my stupidity, order the correct part, and move on. When searched the product number on this site, I get redirected to this page. Looking at my confirmation emails the product number listed matches what I received, so Coleman sent me the correct product according to the confirmation. However, this is not the globe I needed or tried to order. I do not know how I messed this up so badly. I somehow found a globe not listed on this site, paid for it, and received it. I only wish the phantom page I had found 5 days earlier would have redirected me to this globe. Not only would this globe fit my lantern, but I would have saved about an hour of time and saved 2 dollars. Also, the shipping was fast and the globe is in great shape.

Great online service
I broke the globe on my lamp before I was ever able to use it. I had trouble finding a replacement in a store, but ordering online was easy and it came very quickly. It fit just fine and works perfectly.

Hello Joe, Thank you for your inquiry about our Glass Replacement Globe. The replacement globe model 2000026611 will not fit the Coleman 220F lantern. The correct replacement globe for a 220F is model 2000026613, which is designed for the 220 series lanterns. As long as your lantern is a standard 220F (not a special compact or later electronic model), this globe is the correct replacement.
