Could be better
Although I like this camp stove, it does have its problems. The ignition on the left burner doesn't work well. I have to use a lighter on it. Kind of defeats the purpose of spending the extra money for a stove with ignition if I still have to use a lighter. Other than that it does the trick. So save your money and get the model without ignition.

It’s OK but could be better
The stove is pretty good, it gets the job done, but there are two issues with it. I knew what I was getting myself into regarding the igniter, but I thought it would last a little bit longer than one camping trip, I ended up using matches most of the time. the other issue is it’s really hard to regulate the flame. the knob just keeps turning and turning and turning - why couldn’t it just be labeled on some sort of scale so I knew how much gas is going through like, low, medium high or something like that. I burned a lot of pancakes. Unfortunately, I actually like my butane stove is better. The igniter is on the knob that you just turn so you’re not pushing the stove away from you to light it and it has indicator, so I know if it’s low, medium or high. So I guess the Coleman is my back up instead of my primary.

Perfect stove for camping.
I received this free Coleman Triton stove from Influenster and Coleman in exchange for my honest review. It worked perfectly! So easy to light the stove, just turn the dial, the propane comes through and you can easily light your burners. The top grill comes off so it is easy to clean up any spills. Pack up very compact. So easy to set up and storage. The wind guards work good and keep cleaning around the stove. We are so glad we have this to go camping

Extremely lightweight, the Coleman Triton plus stove is exactly what our family needed for days out on the boat and camping and hiking. I'm loving this camp stove. My biggest concern was whether it would work with my larger pans. and I was surprised that it worked with all the bigger pans I have. Whenever I go camping, it's with many families together and I always have to use very large pans. I like that it closes and the lid serves to prevent wind. I found it easy to install propane gas. I used it on my last camp and it was a success. I highly recommend this camping stove.

Nice unit, works very well. It is easy to set up and tear down. I have only used it once thus far. I like it and look forward to my next trip. A couple would be nice to haves, a marker on the burner knobs, the flames were are hard to see not I was not sure how high/low it was set at. It would also be nice if the unit was able to stand up right when folded up. The flame piece I will get with more use and the standing piece is not a big deal.

Perfect
I found the perfect outdoor stove for camping but more importantly to cook outdoors during the summer months. This past summer cooking indoors would make my house extremely hot and my utility bills went sky high. I recently picked up Coleman Triton 2 burner stove and it fits all my needs. Does take big tanks so small portable butane bottles are perfect so it is easy to transport. Cooks just like a regular stove and also has a wind blocker.

Two Burner and Portable
So our stove broke down and we had to bring out this Coleman stove. It’s already assembled you just have to put the propane gas tank. It’s portable. You can take it wherever you want. On a rock, on the table. Great for camping. Plus it’s a two burner stove. You can do two things at once. I think the one I have is slightly different. Maybe it’s an older version but Coleman is the brand to trust when camping. This stove has never failed me.

Less Than 5 Minutes to Setup, Works Great
This portable two burner propane grill has two burners one 8-10 inch burner and one 12 inch burner. The instructions are simple and don't require lumberjack strength to setup. Two individual controls for each burner and a quick and easy red button spark ignition. The side connection for the propane tank is a very smart touch. Very easy start, great temp control, easy cleanup, in an easy carry case. Fantastic.

Arrived with two severe manufacturing defects
I bought this to replace an older identical model which broke. It arrived non functional. One of the metal pipes which holds the burner in place was drilled poorly so the screw fell right out, and that burner would rock back and forth. The regulator pin was crooked and didnt fit on a standard bottle.
I combined parts from my old stove to get it to work, but was very disappointed in the quality control.

Excellent value
Great value camping stove. It was just the right size for a little campout. The Triton is compact enough to fit in our kitchen box, and easy to carry. The igniters worked perfectly. Boiling a pot of water was quick. It was pretty windy in the evenings and the Triton struggled a little. Getting a good low heat takes some work. For the money, the Triton is tough to beat.

The Perfect Convenient Lightweight Grill.
I have really enjoyed using this grill. It has been perfectly handy and not too heavy weight. It cooks great and cleans up is super easy. If I would have not had been gifted this grill already I would have purchased myself one. I think it would be a great gift for someone who loves spontaneous trips outdoors or for any outdoorsy person. Another great product Coleman!

This stove is very helpful especially at camping. I like that it works quite and don’t make any noise. Easy to set up and put in any comfortable place. This stove protected from the winds it’s not hazard for forest. But the most important it’s not heavy and you don’t need big gas tank. You can use small propane to cook food.

Needed new camping stove. Have used Coleman products for years, I thought the Triton Plus with instant start would be a fine choice. Once received I found that a screw was missing from the bottom. Perhaps it does not really do anything, but not being there is indicative of poor workmanship, not what I expect from Coleman.

Decent size but big for backpacking
This is definitely a good camping stove as it’s two burners but it’s not quite wide enough for two big meals. You’ll need to bring smaller pans to use with this stove, but overall I’m impressed with the ease of using it and lighting the grill! We tested it at home and can’t wait to take it camping!

Might need “help” getting started
We gave our old 15 year old coleman to our daughter (the red button stopped working years ago though),so we got a new one. Haven’t been camping yet, but took it out and made sure it worked. We had to use a lighter the first time to get the flames lit, but the “ignition button” worked after that.

Excellent stove at a great price.
I'm a convert to LP camp stoves, using Coleman white gas units all my life. My buddy convinced me because he uses his Triton (his 2nd one, he's been using them since they first came out) all the time at his cottage. He even does all his yearly canning on it. So far, I'm very satisfied with mine.

This 2 burner stove is the perfect accessory for a camping trip. It’s very easy to use and clean and it’s lightweight. It doesn’t take up a lot of space so it’s great to use for your car or rent. I highly recommend

Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that it is normal for a Coleman&reg; liquid fuel or propane stove to burn with a large yellow flame when first started. Until the generator assembly is hot enough to vaporize the fuel, the stove will burn with a yellow flame. Once the generator heats up enough, the flame will turn to blue and settle closer to the burner. Under normal use, this can take from 20 to 60 seconds depending on the outside temperature. The colder the stove and fuel, the longer it will take. It is important to have the lighting lever on the side of the liquid fuel stove's valve in the &quot;&quot;up&quot;&quot; position when starting the stove and to leave the lever in the &quot;&quot;up&quot;&quot; position until the flame at the burner turns blue. When the lighting lever is in the &quot;up&quot; position on the valve, the fuel mixture fed to the generator contains less fuel and more air than when the lever is in the &quot;down&quot; position. Running this lean mixture when lighting the stove allows the generator to heat up enough to vaporize the fuel without building up excess fuel in the burner. If, after the flame at the burner turns blue, you turn the lighting lever to the &quot;down&quot; position and the flame at the burner turns yellow again, turn the lighting lever &quot;up&quot; for another thirty seconds. The yellow flame indicates the generator is not hot enough. On both liquid fuel and propane stoves it is a proper fuel and air mixture that produces the correct blue flame at the burner. On a liquid fuel stove, outside air and fuel from the generator are mixed at the Bunsen where the generator plugs into the manifold behind and above the burner. On the manifold, right behind where the generator plugs in, there are two holes that draw in air to mix with the fuel on the way to the burner. If either or both of these holes are blocked or if a spider or insect enters these holes and build a nest or web sac inside the manifold, the fuel and air mixture will be incorrect and there will be a large yellow flame at the burner that will not settle down to blue. On a propane stove, there is, under the cook top, a tube that runs from each burner to the valve at the front of the stove. Near the valve end of the tube are two holes that draw in air to mix with the fuel. These holes and the tube near the holes can also be clogged by a spider or insect nest or egg sac. This will cause a large yellow flame at the burner. For either stove, the solution is to run a small bottle or gun-cleaning brush or some pipe cleaners up inside the tube to dislodge the blockage and then to blow the Bunsen or tube clear.
