While it&#39;s not mandatory to season it before use, doing so can enhance its non-stick properties and cooking performance.&#10;&#10;Clean the Surface, apply oil, heat the griddle&#10;Cool and Repeat: Turn off the heat and let the griddle cool completely. For optimal seasoning, repeat the oiling and heating process 2&amp;ndash;3 times. ​&#10;&#10;Final Wipe: After the final cooling, wipe the surface with a paper towel to remove any excess oil. After Each Use: Clean the griddle with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
