We appreciate your question about the Coleman Stainless Steel 12 Cup Percolator.vWhile this percolator is built from stainless steel and works well over a gas flame or on a traditional stovetop, it is not specifically designed for induction cooktops, and the manufacturer does not guarantee induction-compatibility. &#10;&#10;Because induction cooktops need cookware with a magnetic (ferromagnetic) base that can react to the cooktop&amp;rsquo;s electromagnetic field, simply stainless steel isn&amp;rsquo;t always enough &amp;mdash; the steel must be of the right type.
