Rated 5 out of 5 by Helloh from Keeps beverages warm [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Contigo travel tumbler has a great sealing system with the snap seal vs the usual pushing in the button to seal. I like this better because sometimes I throw my mug (upright) in my purse but it shifts around and sometimes the button must have been pushed against and there were leaks. The snap takes more effort to open so it hasn’t accidentally let any beverage leak. The other part is that it keeps my coffee warm for hours which is also very nice.

I love its stainless inside that way it keeps your drink cold for hours after pouring it in. It also keeps your drink hot for a long period of time also. It’s easy for kids to drink out out of it without spilling. The cup holds way more than it seems. I highly recommend this product. It’s good for adults and kids. It’s a great gift if you need ideas for coffee are tea drinkers

It is so pretty. The best part is the way it opens and closes. With the slide type they never seal and there always seems to be drink residue that gets trapped in there. And because it doen't have the lift up type it doesn't get in the way of drinking while it's open. This style is great. It fully seals when closed and it's super easy to open. This is by far the best system I have seen. And to top it all off it fits in the cup holder in my car.

Not only keeps my coffee hot, but how well it keeps my ice water icy and cold. I’m use to having one that only lasts a couple of hours before my coffee either gets cold, or all of my ice in my water is gone, but not with this! For example, I got my ice water last evening around dinner time, 6:30-7 and when I woke up at 4:30 this morning, there was still ice in my water. I definitely recommend this, and I’ve been telling my colleagues about it as well.

I never have any issues with them keeping my beverage cold throughout the entire day. Many times even the ice remains for hours when other mugs don't. It's great when I can leave my bottle of ice water in the car even for a couple hours and return with an ice cold drink waiting for me. It does equally well at keeping beverages hot, but I mostly use them for cold beverages. The mug is durable, easy to wash and the orchid color is so pretty.

The rings become loose or come out and you cannot get them back in correctly so the lids leak. Its frustrating to take a drink and havee it leak all over you especially while driving.

I love the snapseal lid, it definitely makes me feel more secure while driving that there won't be any spillage, no matter how bumpy the road gets! I actually accidentally knocked it over on my kitchen counter the other day and it didn't leak a drop! It works great for keeping my coffee hot and my iced tea nice and cold. The white marble design is very classy and modern. Would 100% recommend!

It is not too heavy which makes this cup easy to use and to carry. It really is spill proof! It's easy to use,easy to clean. The only "negative" thing I could/would say about this tumbler is that it's not very easy for me to open while driving.The "snap" lid snaps easily but opening to get a drink is a bit more challenging than what I would prefer. Not sure if it's because I'm a lefty or I'm just not used to it enough yet. But overall this cup is nice and very useful!

It's a lot bigger than the one I used before too, which is nice without being too big, and it certainly keeps my coffee hot for a long time. I was a little confused by the lid at first, and it's slightly awkward to open sometimes, but once I got the hang of it it does work well and doesn't spill at all. The wide mouth when the lid is removed means it's easy to clean out, too, and the lid has some spaces that are harder to clean but it seems to get clean fairly effectively. I would prefer the lid to come apart in some way with the moving parts so it could be cleaned better. Still, overall it definitely works great and keeps its promise to keep my coffee hot, which is the most important thing I can ask for.

The mug itself needs to be hand washed, but the lid is dishwasher-safe. I like this feature because I like to know that the lid I’m drinking out of is really clean. I like this feature so much better than other mugs that are totally hand wash only. This mug really does what it says - it keeps drinks hot or cold for so long! It did take me a second to figure out which side of the lid to drink from. I thought the snap top wouldn’t open wide enough, but it turns out I was only attempting to drink from the wrong side. This design is actually really helpful for one handed sipping.

The way that the lid is attached (by turning it right until it clicks and then left) makes sure that the tumbler doesn't leak. This is great because I can just throw it in my bag! I thought that it would take me a while to remember this new technique, but it didn't take long at all for me to grasp! The radiant orchid color is also really beautiful plum color. So far, it has managed to keep all of my cold drinks nice and cold as well.

It has done a fine job keeping my morning brew warm for about 4-5 hours, but the finish/pattern is coming off (small chips) and the lid leaks. I have only hand-washed the mug itself, and have sent the lid thru the dishwasher (top rack, no heat drying). I have used contigo water bottles for years (for cold drinks) and LOVE them - they have held up wonderfully... the water bottles seem to be manufactured to a higher quality standard than the travel mugs (for hot beverages) I guess.

I always have to have my coffee at work, but all the other mugs I have taken collect condensation. Something that is not a good mix with computers. So this has been helpful in everyway. No matter what I have in my mug whether its cold or hot, the mug never sweats. I love the look of it, it looks like a high luxury item that costs a fortune, but its very reasonable in price. Since its 20oz you can put a lot inside, I use it throughout the day for water, tea, coffee, etc. Its really easy to clean too, which is so much appreciated. It snaps shut so you do not have to worry about spills either. The color is stunning, I am thinking about getting one of each color just to have around for all my beverages.

It’s mostly lightweight, and fits great in the car cup holder, so it’s easily portable. I was skeptical about the cold/hot claims, but my coffee was still burning hot five hours after I poured it in the cup. If the cold feature works as well, it will be a great addition to a beach day. I just wish that the opening mechanism didn’t take so much force; it does get easier with time, though.

This is pretty nice -- same heft as the original. The mechanism to open it however is opposite what it used to be and I thought it was closed a few times when it wasn't. After I re-learned how to use my coffee mug, lol, it worked just fine. Doesn't leak!

This is a smaller sized travel mug which has its advantages, I don’t always need the bigger mugs. I love the snap seal tops the best, they do not leak at all. This color is a flat black color. I have been using this cup for a week now and it exceeds all my expectations. As far as Travel coffee mugs go you cannot get better than this one. Highly impressed and I highly recommend this to everyone.

It's super sleek and sophisticated. This is definitely a unisex designed mug. I've used it for both soda and coffee. It keeps my soft drink cold throughout the entire day as long as I add ice to it. My coffee will stay warm until just near the end of my 9-5 workday. The mug is leak-proof so long as you have the Snapseal closed. Once you open the Snapseal, you are able to drink and if it falls over, it will spill. I don't see anywhere on the mug about being dishwasher safe, but I've been hand-washing it to ensure the design stays on the mug and that the lid does not warp. Great mug, I certainly recommend it.

I have another brand named travel mug that touts to keep liquids cool and sealed. However, the lid on that device allows for spillage. The snapseal lid, however, is night and day better than the other brand. You can tip the snapseal lid upside down and nothing will spill out.
