The key feature of this thermal tumbler is its auto-locking lid. Press to sip. Release to lock. No spills. No leaks. No worries. Its also got Thermalock insulation to hold the temperature, keeping your drinks ice cold for up to 24 hours (just the way I like it) or piping hot for up to 11 hours (for your hot coffee and hot tea). And theres even an inner hook inside for your tea bag (because safe-tea first!) Now I can sip confidently wherever I go, from pilates class to an international flight!

The first two are 16oz. in size, and still work great after 7 years. My new West Loop is a 20oz. This product is strong and takes the construction live very well. Thanks for making a product worth the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor lid design The lip of the cap protrudes too high and makes it difficult to place lips on it. The 2.0 version was the best and once again, some design team team decided to make a great product and make it bad. Oh well, will return the 3.0 and look for another brand. After 12 years of using contigo products, they have successful made their design worse and lost a longtime customer!

I was super excited to receive this one from Contigo for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Heres my honest review: Pros: I love that it fits in my cars cup holder. Its also the first time a see a coffee mug with a tea bag hook (genius!). I love how easy it is to clean every corner of the lid Cons: I tested it with iced water and by the end of the day (10h later) the ice had completely melted. I dont believe it would keep my water cold for up to 24h but its not really bothering me because my water bottle never lasts 24h anyway!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Contigo Over the years, I have been an avid fan of Contigo mugs, notably the West Loop 3.0 20 oz Transparent mug. What I love about these mugs is that they are incredibly reliable and have never let me down. The mug's insulation is top-notch, allowing me to carry hot liquids easily. I usually take hot tea to work and am always amazed at how warm the tea remains even after a few hours. The mug's design is simple yet effective, with a convenient and easy-to-use lid that snaps into place and a comfortable grip that is easy to hold even when the mug is full. One of the most impressive aspects of these mugs is that they never leak, no matter how much I toss and turn them around in my bag.

I took it for an overnight camping trip & left it in my car until the next day around 24 hours later and even though the outside was hot to touch, the cold water inside was still the same temperature as the morning before. I like that the lock released is on the opposite side of the mouth opening so you can hold it down with your forefinger while taking a sip. The design makes it very easy to handle. Can't wait to use it for a hot drink such as tea to test out the inner hook for tea bags!
