A crossbar broke and it seems like any easy fix but for some crazy reason, they don't make a replacement part. Offered me 25% off another one but that will just break in a year or two so why bother. Just make the part!

You shouldn't force it; make sure to press the button when folding it down, and be sure to detach the canopy and fold it up properly before packing it away. It’s still in great condition—almost like new.

The canopy only lasts for one summer season and I live in Seattle, so summer's are only about 3 months long. Have tried to find a replacement but have had no luck. Will not purchase this again as it costs me to use it for 3 months and then pay to throw it out.

Frame is still in excellent condition after five years but the canopy now leaks. Don’t want to throw the entire thing into the garbage because we only need the canopy. Please make a replacement canopy!

Similar to other reviews the canopy fabric began tearing before completely shearing open exposing both sides. Tried duct taping the fabric and then rotating. It just ripped apart. Is it possible to order just the fabric? The frame seemed to hold up.

I've had mine for 5 years and it still working great. I'm a D.J. and in the summer I have lots of bookings outside. It has been set up and taken down thousands of times and is STILL flawless! Just wish I could get walls for it.

I have been using it on my deck all summer and, as predicted, it is shredding a bit. Please make a replacement canopy!! It is so wasteful to have to buy the entire unit just to replace the canopy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PapaInVA from Excellent shade maker Have had this canopy for 10 years or so. Used it mostly at the beach and at kids's lacrosse and soccer games. For the beach we did buy a set of sand anchors so we could walk away from it during lunch etc. Have tried to take care of it and have been rewarded with great use over 10 years. Simple rinse down and drying after use is all that's needed. Noticed this year that the canopy cover was getting a little thin, due to all the beach use. After noticing that the full replacement cost was about the same as the canopy cover itself we decided to buy a second one and used it just recently, again at the beach. At kid's sport games it quickly becomes the "team tent" because of the extra square footage of shade it provides compared to most shade tents. Two people can set it up quite quickly. One person can set it up as well if willing to just take his/her time. Will keep using the old one as well until it tells us it is done. As I said, we just bought a second one which pretty much sums it up.

I can't find a replacement canopy since the frame is in perfect condition. We bought it at Costco and the size was perfect for our back yard. The canopy only lasted over six months before it started to rip.

Its barely been 5 months and the canopy is already ripping at the seams. The canopy is not durable and for the money i spent $150 i would have expected a better product.

It only lasted 1 summer. Top crumbled at the touch. The frame is so study and we kept it in hopes of purchasing a replacement. Please make or provide a replacement!

One side hasa tear of about 15 inches and the other side is torn about 6 inches. The canopy is 3 months old. Very dissappointed with my first Coleman.

I love the design and flexibility of folding it into a bag for storage after use. Also great customer service, they sent replacement for broken pole while still under warranty.

We've been buying coleman products for years so when we bought it and a ton to boot just to be disappointed when we only had it and the canopy tore. But now I find out there are no replacement canopies. Truly disappointed and will think twice before buying coleman products again.

The first time I set it up this year, it leaked like a sieve. Am now looking into spray waterproofing that will get us through this year.

About a year in, one of the aluminum poles broke. I think I can fix it without having to dump the whole thing, but I tried contacting customer support and it seems that they don't replace parts.

The first use we noticed a tear in the fabric so patched it with Gorilla tape. Now an entire seam has torn right at the stitching from edge to edge. Sadly would not buy this again as it just has not held up.

The canopy is a little faded and tattered but that is to be expected I guess due to the south west exposure of our deck. This coming season we plan on replacing the canopy.

The frames and in excellent conditions and we can not get replacement canopies! How stupid now we have to throw away perfectly good frames and by everything new!

The metal parts are good need replacement top that would fit 13x13 canopy. it cost about 150 at sams club. could you help me.

The plastic parts fail as well as the crossbars. Its also a company failure not to provide replacement parts. Coleman is a Failure!

It’s great because it’s very large, easy to assemble, and certainly gives a lot of shade. But the canopy metal snapped and broke with a slight gust of wind as it was being used.

Hope the come out with a replacement top. Thats the only thing, because of the effects of the sun, that might wear out. Great Canopy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Franko from Works Great I have had this canopy for over 5 years. I use it at Special Olympics out camping and to cover tables during BBQ's. Haven't any issues with it. Goes up and stores away easily. Just leave the top on it when you collapse it. It'll still fit in the bag.
