The small (umbrella) canopy that fits over the center opening was 2 to 3 inches to small to fit th frame. The overall canopy was to small for the frame and ripped thru on one corner making the replacement unusable. I would not recommend buying a replacement canopy, save your money and time and buy a new complete shelter.

The frames are good, but we have no canopy top. We purchased them from Costco, but did not think they would accept three returns due to weather conditions. We have been trying to get a replacement, each time the website reflects out of stock. Honestly, the price was good but the durability is terrible. We rate as a 2.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Two Sizes Too Small. This does not fit. The top vent is a few sizes too small and the large part of the canopy is stretched as tight as can be. Something must have been lost in the translation from English to chineez. I contacted Coleman, but have not received a response. They must be out partying with the $77 I paid for this garbage. If you would like to own this canopy, it will be on the curb along with anything else I find around here with the Coleman name on it.

The canopy is stretched to the point of ripping in the corners and velcro tabs are two inches away from frame members. I emailed customer service about fitment problems and Joanna said I would receive a replacement that fits. It has been three weeks and I haven't received any replacement and no additional communication.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disapointed!! from Does not fit the 13x13 frame I purchased this replacement canopy cover from Coleman online on 9/18/24. When I finally atempted to put the cover on my frame, i found that the cover was too small as mentioned on serveral previous reviews. I also insured that the model frrame and replacement cover matched before purchasing. I have attempted to call and submit an online claim however I have not been able to get a resolution to this issue. I hope that Coleman will stand behind their product and do the right thing for their customers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by MacGyver ll from Doesn't fit an Oasis ll I bought this replacement for my Oasis ll 13x13 canopy. It says 13x13, but it doesn't fit my canopy frame. It's actually smaller by at least an inch or 2. It also doesn't have the same roof top. Mine had an attached, vented one, but this one came with a separate piece that needs arms to attach to the top of the frame. After much MacGyvering and cutting the ends on each corner, I got it to fit to an acceptable manner. If I tried it out bf I left for camping, I would have sent it back. When I searched replacement canopy for an Oasis ll, this is the one that comes up.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Dania from Expensive and of poor quality. Purchased the coleman canopy from Costco. Within 3 weeks the canopy was tearing. Managed to make it last a few weeks longer by adding some duct tape at the seams and where it tore. The quality was awful. Before this, I purchased a cheap $40 canopy from Walmart that lasted me 6 months and I was OK with that for the price, but this is a.much more expensive product. The frame is sturdy and looks like it would last, but the canopy leaves a lot to.be desired. I initially came here looking for a replacement canopy for it, but after reading the reviews for the replacement I am hesitant to make a purchase. Almost $80 for a canopy that may not fit or will tear as easily as the first is not an investment I am willing to make. It really is a shame as I thought Coleman was a trusted brand that produced products of a higher quality.

I don’t understand how a company can continue to sell a product when every customer that has bought the product has reviewed that the replacement part is too small. This is ridiculous!

So, of course, this does not fit the style of canopy that we have. Instead of listing a bunch of numbers for canopies that this cover fits, why don’t you just list the styles that it does fit? Ours is an Oasis, this is not for that style. Very disappointing! Now I’m forced to send it back, and I have to pay the shipping.

The 2nd top cover specifically was way too tight to be able to fit properly. I should have listened to the reviews, but I wanted to try and save money by not purchasing another full canopy and frame. I'm disappointed in Coleman and have decided to purchase another brand instead.

The peak of the canopy has a separate piece that I didnt have a frame for. I just set it up and its held in place with gravity for now.

The cost of the item was under $100.00 it cost me $26.00 to return it since coleman does offer free returns on purchased items. Therefore, I will no longer be purchasing coleman products because of the cost of returns.

This new canopy fit fine but has a separate center that was sewn into the the old cover the old frame has no way to attach the separate center cover

Rated 1 out of 5 by Camping Caver from This does not fit models stated! The main 13x13 canopy is WAY tighter than my original one, which was made 9 years ago. The new canopy doesn't have the reinforcing straps sewn into the corner like the original one did, so it will be super easy for the pole to slip and punch through the corner, versus being seated in the corner. Clearly they are cutting corner on quality to speed up production and reduce costs at the expense of the Coleman name and brand. More importantly, the second smaller center piece does not fit. My original center was 33" x 33" with 49.5" across the diagonal (corner to corner). The piece sent to me with the new canopy is 30.5" x 30.5" with 45" across the diagonal. So it's 2.5" too short on each side and 4.5" too short across the diagonal. This makes it in now way compatible with the original 2000023972 canopy. Totally unacceptable.

It was a struggle to get it on at all, and once we finally did, it's undersizing caused the whole thing to be too taut and the support arms wouldn't fully lock into place. Very disappointing because we loved the ease of setup previously, and had recommended this to multiple people, but not being able to get proper replacement parts is a deal breaker.

Overall, the cover is very snug and barely fits. The top piece didn’t even come close to fitting the frame. We ended up shortening the top poles to get the cover on. If a new canopy and frame didn’t cost nearly $300, we would have just bought another as we like this style and the Coleman brand.
