Rated 4 out of 5 by Jess G from East setup I put up the Coleman Oasis Canopy by myself in our backyard. It was easy to get the canopy on the frame and velcro everything on. It was slightly awkward to expand the frame by myself. A second person would definitely make it easier, but it is possible to do it alone. I set the canopy up over a patio we have in our backyard that had a table and a small bench already on it. I was able to expand the canopy without having to move the furniture. The canopy frame seems solid and the buttons to raise the poles were easy to operate. The canopy has been set up for about a week through some sun, wind, and rain and has held up well so far. This is a great canopy for a family picnic or for some added shade in the yard. Easy to set up and take down.

Rated 3 out of 5 by mickpark from Works Great; But Won't Hold Up Beyond a Few Uses. Purchased this to use primarily as a sun shade to be used on family / group camping trips. It's very easy to setup. Note that you should open the frame about 3/4 of the way first, then attach the top fabric and open the vents **before** fully pushing up on the center hub and locking it in its fully open position. I can confirm if you stake down the four legs and also stake down the guy wires, this canopy performs very well in high winds. It will shake and sound like it's going to blow away, but ours never did. It comes with a little mesh hanging caddy which is actually pretty convenient. We put the kids' flashlights in there and also used it to attach a bluetooth speaker. Now to the bad stuff: like others have noted, the fabric is absolute garbage, and if you use this regularly, it will most likely rip along the seam between the two colored panels. Luckily this happened to ours within the 1yr warranty period and I was able to get a full replacement by calling customer service. Initially I submitted a claim using the form on their support page, but I never heard anything and when I called to follow up, they said they had no record of me submitting anything. So I recommend calling. When speaking to the rep, they asked me if I had kept this up for multiple weeks or any prolonged use. She said the product is not designed for that. It was obvious where they were going with this, so I lied and said no. Truth is, aside from camping trips, we used this as a sun canopy in our backyard for this entire summer. Let it be known there is no mention of this limitation anywhere on the product page. The only way you'd know it is from reading Coleman's responses on negative reviews or in my case, by calling. They said in one response that having it exposed to rain will degrade the UV protection and subject the fabric to dry rot. It's very misleading to not mention this upfront, since of course people will use this for rain protection as well. Who in their right mind would take this down when it starts raining on a camping trip? So essentially this is a great canopy for the money and sets up quickly and easily. It protects from the sun and rain just fine and the 13'x13' size was perfect for us. Plenty big enough for the group campsite and our backyard patio. If you're planning on keeping it up full time in your backyard, make sure to do it within the first year so you can get it replaced because it will for sure tear, and they do not sell replacement fabric; your only option out of warranty would be to purchase the full product again. This totally tracks with Coleman products in my experience. They're not built to last, but they're affordable and found nearly everywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by brandil from Portable and easy to set up! I love my canopy! The sun wall addition to this canopy makes ALL the difference. No more having to angle your canopy oddly as the sun goes down and it can block a bit of wind from blowing over your food table stuff as well! I love that the case is easily portable with wheels, which are especially great because this thing is pretty heavy at nearly 50 pounds! However, it folds up pretty small and tight, not taking up too much room in my SUV's trunk. The weight also means that it's probably pretty durable and is going to last us a while, so it's not a complaint. This canopy seems well built and sturdy when set up. The size is great for our family of 5 for a day, or weekend, at the lake. Set up is so easy with the center push and tear down with the strap. We couldn't really ask for more features in a canopy.

The instructions are attached to the tent so I'll never misplace them. It was so easy to put up, although two people doing it was very helpful! I love the side "walk" that is optional to use and it creates a bit more privacy. It was super easy to take down and repack into the bag. The bag with wheels has made it so easy to take on the go with us. This will come in use for many years to come!

I reached out to Coleman to get a new canopy and was informed that model was discontinued. This 13x13 was was recommended instead. I purchased the 13x13 and took it on my mext camping trip. We got a popup rainstorm and took shelter under the 13x13 and it leaked like crazy. I am still waiting to hear back from Coleman on a resolution.

It comes in a handy traveling bag that has wheels on it for easy transport. It’s pretty lightweight compared to other canopies I’ve had. Easy to remove from the bag. Setup took about 10 minutes, that seem pretty fast. Love the siding it comes with. Definitely blocks out more of the sun. Great for cookouts and camping!

One thing I really liked is that is comes in a wheel carry bag with straps included which makes it easy, the straps make it easy for me to easily pull out or carry, and the wheels maneuver easily to the location I need to set up. My favorite part is the pinch free setup & take down they have a comfort grip feature easy-to-use buttons that lock the poles in place when setting up or taking down super easy to do and allows me to take it to the right height i want it at. I used this for a party to provide shade for my guests and the sun blocking wall feature really helped. This is also perfect for camping trips and taking to the lake because it can be set up within a half hour and taken down just as easily. I really love the design and look of this canopy and can tell that this will last for years to come. I highly recommend this great product!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nanette03 from Very Durable! This tent came in handy for our 4th of July party. The 13 x 13 size is spacious enough for a couple table with chairs. It was super easy to set up, although it did take two of us to set up, but we had it up in about 20 minutes. It was just as easy to take down as well. That one push center hub makes this so easy for setup and take down. That is awesome technology!! It provides great shade, especially with the sun wall, since we do get a lot of sun from one side, so we just put that down and it blocked it well. I love the carrying case with wheels. It is so easy to pack and cart around. We will be using this camping as well. But the best part of this, is that it seems super durable! The frame withstood the wind that we were getting at our party, with no problem whatsoever and the fabric seems super durable as well. This is definitely a must for gatherings or any outdoor activities, to be able to get out of the sun!! Love this canopy!!!

It was also pretty easy to set up and took about five minutes or less. My family like the backing because it help block out more sun from our direction also giving us a bit of privacy.

It’s very easy set up. It is rather heavy so I couldn’t do it without help. It comes with a side cover so block some sun but also to give a little privacy. Very happy!
