Its huge!!
I recently picked up this screen house, had used it for July 4th holiday. It is not a screen tent, they mean it when they say house. I was able to fit an 8ft. long banquet table , 2 card tables , a baby portable crib and of course chairs. It still had enough room for everyone to fit comfortably. The set up was relatively easy, even with it being so big. I love this. It will be used often.

Backyard additions
The coleman backhome screen house has been a great addition to our backyard! Firstly set up was pretty easy. The instructions were clear and to the point and it took minimal time. Once set up the quality I'd great! The material is durable and made well. With s mesh so bugs can get in easily. We've left it up using for barbecues or even just to hang out un the backyard.

Nice size, customer service, not water proof
I really like the tent when set it up. Found a series of small holes in the top and customer service was on it immediately. Sent a new tent which I got in about 4 days. However we just had our first good rain and the tent is not water proof. This would be bad for camping. If you can’t sit at a table protected from the rain what good is the tent?

Yay I finally got this it came just in time for the Fourth of July I set it up it’s perfect the only thing I had a downfall with it didn’t come with the steaks to put it in the ground other than that it was awesome I put all my food inside of it to keep the bugs away from it and it worked out very well I would definitely recommend this to anyone

I love anything to do with Coleman and I am in love with this screen protector. It comes in handy for family get together or overall to keep bugs out. I love it as I am able to put a small table and chair in to sit any food in to keep the bugs out. It definitely a nice item to have around. Very easy to out together and very sturdy.

We bought this canopy and it totally broke with wind and rain we used only 1 time waste of money poor very poor quality and when you call customer service they won't help you coleman is not they they used to be back in the days so sad they will never get my business again!!!

Shelter From Sun and Bugs - Fits the Whole Family
If you are someone who likes to spend time outdoors during the warmer months, this is for you! I currently live in NYC but grew up in the burbs and have a great appreciation for the great outdoors. During the warmer months, I frequently drive out of the city to spend time outdoors, often at park barbequing. As much as I love being outdoors, I do very much appreciate having a shaded area to retreat to.
This Coleman Back Home screen canopy tent is perfect for my family and I. It's large enough to cover an entire picnic table at a park so the whole family can be covered in the shade while we eat or play a game of cards. As I mentioned before, we have to drive to where we use this, so the fact that this canopy comes with a wheeled carry bag it immediately became a favorite. It's easy to assemble and take down with its one-push center hub. The screen house has two entryways and can be closed providing a comfortable bug-free environment with UV protection. Even on windy days, this remains sturdy as it can withstand winds up to 35mph.
Whether you are someone who travels like my family or simply wants to use this in your backyard, I highly recommend this!

Quality material, but heavy
I was hoping to use this when my family goes camping, and I’ve been able to but it’s incredibly heavy and hard to store when it’s broken down. I think this screen house would be best for a back yard or back porch or seasonal campsite. It’s time consuming to put up and break down, and difficult to move around (when broken down) because of its weight. It’s an amazing screen house though, that’s for sure! The material is thick and feels high quality. The screens are also thick but have small enough holes that even the smallest of flying bugs can’t get in. There is no vent in the top where bugs can get in (like there are with other brand’s screen houses). The zippers are rugged and don’t get caught in the material. All that quality stuff just makes it super heavy. I’d guess it weighs about 150lbs. But that also means that it’s sturdy and won’t blow away when a bat farts. If you want to travel with a screen house, like for camping or other outdoor activities, this might not be the screen house for you. But if you want a somewhat permanent screen house then definitely get this. Coleman has always been known for quality outdoor gear but they pulled out all the stops for this one!!

Easy to set up, easy to store
This type of product allows you to safely share time with your family where you won't be bothered by mosquitoes or any other annoying external animals.I like that it provides support, as the design is well thought out for placement in open or unobstructed areas.The design is eye-catching, looks nice, and seems to be made of good material.The type of material the product is made of allows it to last a long time when stored and ready for use at another time.

Poorly constructed
I have put this screen out up 3 different times according to the instructions. After mild wind and rain it has come down each time causing damage to the structure. Expensive screen house very dissatisfied. I have had this item less than a month. Purchased for my husband to be able to enjoy being outside as he recovers from heart surgery. It appears to be defective. I would like a replacement or refund for this product

These Coleman backhome screen house is great. The size was perfect for our backyard. The set up took two people but was fast and easy. It is large enough for a table inside and still room for more. It keeps you free of bugs. It keeps you dry in the rain too. One thing about it though is it keeps the heat in so the summer it gets a little hot in there, but I am sure in the fall it will be amazing.

Easy set-up
I like that it is very easy to set up. It will never replace the Coleman I believe the 20ft x 10ft screen house that we had for many years until the last storm we had while camping took a toll on it. If Coleman comes out with that on again then I will be the first in line to purchase it as it's was very roomy with a 12 ft picnic table.

I have purchased this tent 4 or 5 times over the years. They changed the design and not for the better. It rained and there was no place for the water to go so it caved in and broke the supporting arms. I only used it ONCE....so disappointment.

Decent protection, design flaw punctured roof
This was fairly easy to setup and worked well to provide shelter but after 2 months in one location wi the out much rain it developed holes where the top rested on the pieces of the frame that form peaks between each post.

It's ok for the price to value ratio but the zippers vs a simple magnetic door closure would go a long ways. Additionally, be aware that returns through Coleman are at the purchasers expense.

However, Coleman tents and canopies meet the requirements of CPAI-84, which is the flammability standard applicable to recreational camping tents. Please note that there is no CPAI-84 certificate issued. Compliance is indicated by the labeling on the tent and its packaging, which serves as proof of compliance. Additionally, NFPA 701 certification is generally required for commercial tents and shelters under many state and local regulations. Coleman tents and shelters are not intended for commercial use and therefore do not fall within the scope of NFPA 701 certification requirements.
