Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big enough for 2 adult chairs & gear We want to enjoy the beach but don’t like getting scorched by the sun. This tent is perfect. Easy to set up and adjust as the sun moves through the day. The large is big enough for two beach chairs and gear, or if you just spread towels and sit on the ground directly, could fit up to 4. The stakes are a bit silly for sand use, but when you’re done putting all your stuff inside it, it’s plenty heavy and haven’t had any concerns about it blowing away. It’s easy to take down and stash away. Wish the carrying bag came with a strap to throw it over your shoulder. But would definitely buy again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed - Pole broke during first use. This was purchased to serve as a beach shelter. I first assembled it in my living room to make sure that I was familiar with set up. The shelter was then carefully packed away. When we unpacked it on the beach, I noticed that one of the pole's metal collars was bent. I was able to straighten it a bit, but the damage was already done. There was a light wind and the shelter simply would not hold its shape. When I tried to straighten the collar further, the collar broke in two. As a result, no shelter for us. Very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wonderful, until it wasn't! Large orange sky shade. This was for a 5-week beach vacation in Florida. I have enjoyed it a lot, it is light, tall enough to accommodate a folding chair and roomy enough for my folding table. I have enjoyed its protection to do some plein air painting on the beach. It has beeen easy to set up in spite of lousy ditections. I stake it down with sand stakes and then pop it up Today, at the 4-week mark, the shock chord that holds the tent poles together suddenly stretched out. Failure was sudden. I noticed that the tent wasn't holding up to the wind. It had been very stable even in 15-20 knot winds. When I took the tent down today, I saw that the shock cord had failed. I've used it about 15 times. I must admit I'm disappointed. Sadly. I have no replacement for week 5, and no way to restring the poles.
