MOST. COMFORTABLE. CHAIR. EVER
I live in a lake community and go to the beach every day for at least 6 hours in the summer. I bought this chair because I'm pregnant and knew my usual folding chair was going to make my pregnant body achey and stiff. I have not been disappointed! This chair is extremely comfortable and I am able to sit in it for hours with no pain. As a matter of fact I currently have the chair set up in my living room!! At this point in my pregnancy even sitting on the couch makes my back ache, but not this chair! So even though it looks ridiculous I have the chair out inside the house :) After almost 3 months of extended daily use chair is still in great shape. Mesh back helps keep you a little cooler and the seat fabric dries quickly (the kids love my chair too and I've had a few soaking wet butts sit in it, fabric dries very quickly)
CONS-- Cup holder is crap. very narrow and does not accommodate a lot of bottles, forget about solo cups and & insulated water bottles this thing even has a tough time with some 20oz soda bottles! Also it is very flimsy and even though I do not use it, it has started to break. There are little chains that the cup holder is suspended from (which look kind of intimidating) but they have begun to snap, I think at least 3 are broken on my chair. Also, due to the type of arm rests this has (which are sooo comfy) this chair is a little tougher to put back in the bag than most folding chairs, it only goes in one way--feet on the bottom of the bag--and you have to take your time. Lastly, chair is a little taller than your standard chair so if you have a smaller car you may have a hard time fitting it in your trunk.
For me none of the negatives out weigh the comfort of this chair. I simply don't use the cup holder, have stopped putting the chair back in the bag since I use it everyday anyway and I have a minivan so the trunk space is not an issue for me.
Highly recommend this chair :) I'll probably be buying another 2 of these next season so my family will stop stealing my seat every time I get up!
