I’m always misplacing my phone but since I have a specific place to put it I can always find it. These chairs are so much more comfortable than traditional camping chairs and they hold up so well!

It is much more comfortable than the “quad”type chair because the seat is more solid (less like a pouch than the typical chairs. Also easier to get out of for the same reason.)

Two chairs lasted about 3 years (left outside most of the year) and the seat fell through eventually. I'm a 5'10" male, roughly 180lbs. I'm looking for a repair kit because the frame shouldn't be wasted. I haven't found a spare part on the Coleman site yet. Any input from admin?

A bit of a learning curve as far as folding it back up but once you know what you’re doing it’s a breeze

The adjacent fold up table with a cup holder is a nice little addition, although in my opinion the table is a bit wobbly. I also found it to be fairly comfortable for this type of chair all things considered.

It was camping season basically! Anyway, I take it everywhere. And I’ll be using it for the beach this summer too! It’s comfortable and the small side table can hold my phone and my drink.

The only drawback for us is that it doesn't fold up as small as our other Coleman chairs, however, it does fold up and lie flat which can be a plus in certain situations.

My dad always used our green Coleman stove to cook amazing breakfasts while camping. From the coolers, tents, chairs, and cookware, everything made by Coleman will last a long time, work great, and is very affordable.

It only folds in half so takes up a ton of room in trunk of car and in garage. Also, super stiff and difficult to fold back up again. Hope that part gets easier with use

It’s easy to fold and travel along with set up . This chair is a little more costly but worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

The only thing is that they are not fire proof so beware when sitting to close to the fire pit. There will be holes from the crackling fire pit.

But they are a bit heavy and are hard to collapse. Although the folding up part might become easier with use. The folding side tables are a good touch!

It’s comfy, not too low, and has a cup holder and space to set your phone or whatever else you need. It’s also easy to fold and unfold without pinching yourself which I greatly appreciate.

Stand in front of the chair and make sure nothing is under it.
Lift the seat upward from the front edge (where your knees would be).
As you lift, the legs will fold inward automatically.
Continue lifting until the chair folds flat and locks closed.

The smell of mold or mildew on your Coleman Outpost&trade; Elite Deck Chair (or any outdoor furniture) after just one season of use is likely due to moisture getting trapped in the fabric, padding, or structure. When these chairs are exposed to humidity, rain, or even just the morning dew, they may not dry completely, especially if they are stored improperly (such as in a damp environment or left outside). This creates a perfect environment for mold and mildew to grow.

To prevent this: 

Dry the Chair Completely: After each use, especially if the chair gets wet, make sure it dries thoroughly before storing it.

Clean the Chair: wipe it down with a solution of water and mild detergent. 

Store in a Dry, Well-Ventilated Area: Ensure your chair is stored in a place with good airflow and away from high humidity. A storage bag or cover that allows airflow could also help.

Regular Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the chair at least once at the end of the season to remove any buildup of dirt or grime that might trap moisture.
