Rated 4 out of 5 by from So versatile - chair, ottoman, side table We wanted quick & easy small chairs to pull out of the car if we want to chill and take a break after we ride bikes or SUP. Instead of using our large regular camp chairs for those moments. This is perfect. Small footprint without having to assemble anything. We recently took them car camping and used them along with our regular camp chairs - they were so versatile!!! They can of course be used for additional seating but also as an ottoman/foot rest, or side table, etc. Loved it so much we may purchase a few more. Deducted 1 star because the product tag was attached through the fabric causing a hole which is annoying, and also wish they were just sliiightly wider to more easily fit a seated butt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great in a pinch Very sturdy stool. It doesn't wobble on my semi plush carpet. It's narrow, but perfect for me because I'm small. I agree with everyone else about the tag on the stool. It does leave a tiny hole that you wonder if it will expand but so far so good. Also, I, like so many others wished for prettier colors.This is a dull tan color. It's a simple stool but making them in fun colors would be nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and well engineered folding stool We had similar stools as kids, and my parents still take them camping for all to share. The fabric is different, maybe a little higher quality? The construction looks the same. We use these for camping, road trips, and baseball and soccer games; and they are super convenient, light, and small to throw in a car. Hopefully these last 30+ years like my parents' version did!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but? We use these stools camping and as foot stools. They are sturdy and do not have the braces across the bottom of the legs that can make stools un-level. Only problem is that a nylon string with the “T” on both ends was used to attach the paperwork. It was attached through the fabric in the middle of the seat. There are 3 labels attached on the underside that it could be attached to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Green Family Memory Reminds me of when I was 7, some 40+ years ago, and that same style of camp chair was present. Grandad had one one, my 3 unc les each had a couple and of course my Dad. It went hunting and fishing and I even saw it near the back row of the grade school auditorium during a school play. I guess a really great seat are hard to pass up on.

They are simple, light weight but very sturdy, durable, and surprisingly comfortable. Went with Coleman because most other lookalikes are made of steel and are thus much heavier and prone to rust!
