Rated 4 out of 5 by cristaw3 from Not just a cot! The cot comes in a great storage bag with wheels that makes it easy to move around the 40 lb cot. There were no instructions but it is pretty straightforward. The air pump is not fast but worked sufficiently to inflate the mattress. The sheet holds the mattress in place well. Once you have the cots legs secured open; its ready for a nights sleep. The coat was comfortable as a solo sleeper or a shared bed as well. When it came time to break it down, it sped to process up to attach the air pump and suck the air out. It was unclear if the mattress could be left in the sheet. We left it and it seemed to fold fine. We used it our family room but would work great in a tent as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PamH from Air Mattress Is Terrible We recently purchased the Queen Airbed Cot and on our second use the air mattress itself exploded layer by layer until it was one huge ball. It was just my husband and myself sleeping on it. We had not overfilled it. We weren't jumping on it. It happened halfway through the night. We have never had this happen before with any air mattress. We were stuck in a remote camp site with nowhere to sleep. Since the fabric is attached to the cot and Coleman doesn't sell replacement parts for it, I'm not sure what to do. I expected better from a brand like Coleman and this cot wasn't cheap. I actually do like the cot but without the mattress it's fairly useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nilu from Very bad experience I am an avid camper and outdoor lover who trusts nothing but Coleman products. However, this one was a huge disappointment. The airbed kept inflating every half hour through the night and it became very uncomfortable to sleep through the night at the camp. Although it says it is leak-proof and tested, mine has a leak. I am very unhappy with this product and will never recommend this to anyone.

The cot would not fold out all the way and there was a thick metal bar in the middle sticking out. This is important because the air bed would not keep air in the bed even though it was new out of the box. One of the legs also had a bed in it even though it was never used previously. The air pump is also super cheap and did not have enough power to completely fill the air bed. I would not recommended buying at full price… best to find an airbed that can hold air. We will try to get a replacement hoping it will fix a lot of issues we had.

The idea of a bed raised up of the floor for us old folks was great. However, after inflating the bed to a very comfortable firmness, I laid on the bed and with every movement there was this tremendous noise like 2 balloons rubbing together. Wow!!! Could figure it out. The mattress rubs against the canvas support material that the air mattress is supported on. Just absolutely no way to sleep on this. Very disappointed in Coleman

This isnt just your normal air mattress the added platform make the world of difference. It makes you feel as though you are in your actual home bed being that you are not on the ground. Set up is a breeze as it just unfolds and stretches into position. One frame is open you slide the air mattress into the sleeve and zipper up. The included air pump fills this up in no time (requires D batteries not included) and it even comes with 2 small side tables/drink holders. All of this is packed up in the included carry bag that has wheels for easy transport Quite literally a homerun 10/10

This gets us off the ground and let’s us sit, rather than squat, when we sit on it to get dressed and put our shoes on. Plus you can put stuff underneath it.

I use this cot while tent camping, one night sleeping on the stock air mattress was enough to never want to try it again. The cot conveniently comes with a small battery operated air pump which seems great until you realize that no there is no seal, as soon as you remove the pump (which you literally hold in place, it does not lock at all) WOOOOOOOSHHHHH try not to get blown away by the air flying out of that mattress. A feature i can truly appreciate that this cot/air mattress combo has would be the collapsing side tables, my favorite feature by far. Store a bottle of water by the bedside, a small flashlight, a phone perhaps, whatever floats your boat but yes very convenient to have some storage right at the bedside. All in all i still use the cot, intex air mattress on top instead of the stock mattress. The stock mattress I keep in the bag and have used on occasion for my stepdaughter when she joins her mom and I on a weekend camping trip only because she weighs less than 100 lbs

My wife and I have used ours for 4 years and hated it the first time we used it for several of the negative reasons already posted. Here is what changed it for us. We slipped two closed cell foam pads between the mattress and slip cover (my old Army green pads). Then my wife puts down a quilt, queen fitted sheet then the flat sheet. The pads and quilt firm up the bed and quiet the noise significantly. We sleep warm and comfortably during our camping trips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Colton from Good product, decent price The good: After the first three nights I'm impressed. The cot itself is well designed and quite sturdy. The air mattress held air well and has a clever valve design. Those are obviously the two most important features and they succeed. Far superior to those 16" high air mattresses I might add. The bad: It's somewhere between a queen and full/double at 57x77, not true queen. The pump is D-Size battery only; skimping by not providing a pump that can be battery-operated or plugged in is obnoxious. The bag design sucks; the bottom is semi rigid but it would work much better with a more solid base. The zipper orientation also makes symmetrical loading less easy - when the bag is laid with the wheels down the zipper should be on the top, not side. All in all though I would buy again and would recommend.

Going to contact company for possible replacement of air mattress. Otherwise very portable and easily fits in average car, don’t need a truck to transport. Easily moved by one person. Would only recommend if mattress can be replaced .

It constantly leaks like all the other brands I’ve purchased throughout the years. Maybe one day, someone will invent one that really is worth the money that is charged.

My husband and I own five different Coleman camping products and pleased with all, but this one. The first night ever using it, it leaked air so much, we ended up pressed against the metal bars beneath the mattress. My husband has never found a leak to be patched, but it still doesn’t hold air. If it would hold, I would love it.

We purchased this bed twice and the first time it came incomplete missing the pump and side tables, the second time we received everything but the air mattress had a large lump in the middle of it so it made it uncomfortable to sleep on with my husband. I wish the product was consistent. I now have two none working beds since Walamart/Coleman refused to take them back!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Easy to set up This Airbed Cot by Coleman came well and compactly packaged. The airbed was pretty easy to set up. There was an instruction included. I was impressed that the pump was included, but it is not very powerful. Also, the pump needs 4 big batteries to operate that were not included in the box. It is not very convenient so make sure you have them before going to camp. The metal frame is easy to fold and unfold. The fabric cover for the mattress is made of thin material and doesn't look suitable for this brand. Also, it is not removable, so I don't know how to wash it. I like that there is a carrying and storing bag. It looks durable and has a good quality. Overall, I expected better quality and performance from this product.

It is relatively easy to use but did not come with instructions for the cot itself, the best way to store the air mattress nor how to attach the two side tables or. The air pump is a little flimsy and not very powerful but it does get the job done and the cot legs do not have a locking mechanism. We are happy with the purchase despite the drawbacks.

It’s such a comfort and relief to get up from a raised bed instead of scrambling from an air mattress on the ground, especially as often as we get up in the middle of the night!!! The cot itself is super sturdy. There’s plenty of room for us two. There is a slight hint of that center bar, but barely noticeable. The mattress is fantastic and sturdy as well. If you want to “glamp” it up, you can throw a foam topper on top of the mattress, and feel super posh!

Rated 5 out of 5 by jesi31 from Super easy setup! I was surprised by how easy this was to setup. It took probably less than 10 minutes to have it all pumped up and ready to go. It comes with the pump and mattress; so thats really nice. It comes with two like little tables that have a drink holder on each one and it slides into the cot so each person can have one on their side. My fiancé, my two year old son, and myself got on it together and tried it out. And it was so comfortable! We're excited to take this when we go camping. It also comes with a nice bag/carrying case that everything fits right back into. When I was younger and would go camping we would have an air mattress that was just on the floor of the tent and I would dread when it rained because I would worry about the mattress getting wet and with this cot I don't have to because it keeps the mattress off the floor. And the cot has an attached mattress cover also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mr. Dad from Helpful tip when using this air bed cot. Helpful tip. Don’t bother on using the air pump that the airbed cot comes with. Even with new batteries the pump is not powerful enough to fully inflate the bed. I experienced this while I was camping. Luckily, someone had an old, plug in Coleman air pump that did the job. I believe thats why other customers had bad reviews because the air bed did not have enough pressure. From experience sleeping on several different air beds in the past the Coleman Airbed cot has been the best with keeping the air pressure the same from the previous night until the next morning. Trust me this airbed cot with a plug in air pump is worth purchasing for camping. It only works if you have a powerful plug in air pump different from the pump that it comes with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tsavo from There’s got to be better This is so uncomfortable there are no words. I’m not sure why people are saying they can’t feel support bars/straps because it was all I felt. The ground would have been more comfortable. The air pump is whimpy and the design of it is whimsical. You have to sit there and hold the pump attachment to the air mattress when you’d think that they’d make it to fit inside of the air mattress nozzle so needless to say you’re holding the pump there for a good five minutes. So prehistoric. It only inflates the bed to a state where someone that was 90-100 lbs might not sink into the frame but someone heavier, most certainly would. At a certain fill rate the pump starts to make a noise where you can tell there’s more pressure in the mattress than the pump is able to put out so you end up with a 70% (at best) inflated mattress. I’m so disappointed in this and I bought two of them. Waste of money.

Also very, very noisy. It constantly sqeeks loudly which wakes us up when one moves. Like being off the ground... hate the noise and the continual re-inflation. Need to purchase a different mattress to use it. Coleman quality definitely gone down
