Ripped!
I am not happy! I purchased this 2 years ago. We used them a couple times then I put them in storage. I took them out today and laid down for a bit. When I got up I thought I ripped my dress! No it was the material! I accidentally took a picture while laying on it so I included the blurry pic. And current ripped lounger. So unhappy! I have a camping trip planned soon! :(

Very much worth every penny.
I like my cot a lot. I make my bed while camping all the time now due to using this cot. It is helpful with sitting up and reading or even taking it out and using it as a lawn chair.

Images are misleading, this isn't a simple cot
The Converta Cot is shown with a simple tubular leg structure, which I sought out to be able to slide skis under, and/or other things. Turns out, the legs are convoluted with a bunch of other brackets and such, revealing that the stock images are entirely misleading.
Under the chest-level leg, and mid-body leg, there are multiple cross-bars, which is not what I was looking for.
I wanted a simple cot, not a complex abomination that can't even lay flat due to the odd incline options. Overall, this is not what I thought I was buying, it's gimmicky, and I would send it back if I hadn't thrown out the box. Quite unhappy with this item. I can't even donate it to a shelter / emergency services due to all the complications with it. I really just wanted a simple cot.

Be careful
I was trying to lay back this chair today and it quickly snapped down and it caught my finger. It’s badly hurt but I’m so fortunate it wasn’t worse.
After using many lounge chairs none of them snap down unexpectedly like this. Don’t buy this chair & if so be very careful when adjusting

Dangerous, poor quality product.
We will be making a report with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. If you want your families fingers to be chopped off, this is the right product. Very dangerous collapsible legs, pinch points. In addition, the cots begin to rip immediately after use

MISSING PARTS
The bar that holds each reclining position was missing. I have tries for 3 months to receive a replacement. 4 e-mails and photos - nothing. Also beware the stitching is very tight and may split with a heavier adult.Coleman used to be a repeated company, sad to see the poor customer service and less than durable products entering their product lines.

Comfortable
We used the Converta Cot in our tent, and we happily both slept very well compared to sleeping on the ground. The product did convert, but it took some effort to convert the cot to an upright position. Also, the fabric did creak when we moved around on it because of the tightness of the fabric on the frame.

Poor quality, safety issues
I used this cot outside in my yard maybe 15-20 times and today as I sat up it tore along the seam. I weigh 85 lbs. someone heavier might have fallen through. I’ve also pinched my hand trying to adjust the recline positions. I expect better quality fruit m this brand.

I wish I had checked reviews of this product prior to purchasing two of these cots. After only two months of sporadic use, one of the cots ripped at the seam and all the way across the width. Fingers crossed that the second cot holds up.

Pool deck lounges
We bought these for our pool deck and couldn't be happier! My only gripe would be the noisiness of the stretched fabric when you are trying to move around on it. As you can tell from my rating though, it really isn't that big of a deal.

Well made, works; needs instructions
Cot is well made and works well. Would be helpful to have instructions for adapter kit and how to adjust height, including tips to avoid finger injury, given recall--but figured it out. Slept with a light thermorest; very comfortable.

Do not buy!
Very unhappy with this cot. Purchased it two years ago and only used it maybe 6 times and it's already broken. As I went to stand up the fabric tore along the seam. Seems like Coleman doesn't make things to last anymore.

Very nice material and very sturdy. Doesn’t give when you lay on it too long and with a nice topper on it will be a decent sleep. It’s slim and easy to move. Not hard to put together or put up.
