Cots are great! Customer service not so much.
One of the cots was damaged upon arrival! Coleman still hasn’t resolved this issue.
The cots are heavy duty and pretty comfortable. The one I could use anyway. Fed ex or Coleman neglected the package during shipping.

Trailhead easy step Cot
I haven't used it camping yet but I did set it up and slept on it one night, it was very comfy, I added a 2" foam mattress I had covered in fleece fabric. I like that this cot was wider than most cots since I am a side sleeper. I am very happy with the purchase. I took a minute to figure out how to fold it back up but I got it done.

Neat and durable but misleading dimensions
Got my Trailhead II cot yesterday and put it up today. The set up is easy until you get to the 2nd cross bar. It took awhile for 5’1 and over 120lbs woman. I was expecting a a very solid cot and it is solid but there’s a little wobbling when I sat on it, not much, but maybe for a heavier person it might be more noticeable. It is neatly designed.
The one that I was disappointed about wasn’t the width of it. Listed on the website was 35 inches wide, but what I got is 30 inches total width and only 24inch wide sleeping area. This is important for me because I was looking for a wider cot of at least 32 inches. Though I must say, it’s still comfortable to turn to your side if you are a side sleeper, without the feeling of falling off. It’s is easy to transport though, it has weight but not too heavy.
I haven’t decided yet whether to keep it or return it.

Pretty solid and good buy for the price.
Pretty solid and easy to setup. It's comfy and plenty of size for kids to use it or for me. The little side table thing is a handy spot to put a phone.
Lost a star because when you go to rotate the legs, it likes to get all hung up on the canvas, so you end up having to redo that pretty much every time you set it up. If not for that, would be 5 stars.

Great cot and it is truly easy to set the tension with the step. These did arrive with a few holes in them, but that wasn’t a problem. Glue the fabric together, apply an iron on patch, and then sew the patch to the canvas with wax thread. 👍
