We spent the summer doing a lot of short camping trips....so there was a lot of setting-up; taking-down; moving to the next park; coming home for a short while...leaving again and setting-up; taking down....all summer long. Our 4-person Instant Cabin made this whole experience completely hassle-free....we love this tent...and saw a lot of them wherever we went! With so much use and at such a very very reasonable price we were planning to just replace it next season if it got worn out with all its use....Thrilled to say...the tent is ready for lots more action next season. Thank you Coleman for such a high quality product at such a very reasonable price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Not for rainy weather The tent sets up quickly and the optional fly installs easily. The size is nice for limited camp pads you might encounter at parks. However, this tent leaks badly. Pools of water formed on the inside floor. The seams were sealed beforehand. and the optional fly was attached. To give the tent a second chance, we used a waterproofing spray over all surfaces (including the fly) but not the screens, the tent still leaked. I am very dissatisfied with this item. If used as a day tent at a track meet or soccer tournament, you could get some value out of it, but do not count on this product for variable camping conditions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Poor quality I do a lot of traveling and camp wherever I go. My last tent fell apart and so a friend got me a 4 person Coleman popup as a gift. Set up was so easy, loved that and it was roomy inside, but no rainfly came with it. I thought that odd as every tent I've ever owned has a rain fly in the bag. Amazon was out of the 4 person rainfly but a third party seller had one and got it in 9 days. Everything was fine until the third time in the tent. It had rained sometime during the night and the next morning I got up only to discover I was standing in water. The sides of the tent were wet and everything near it got wet. I am so disappointed with Coleman. Poor quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Richardc from Nice Tent - leaks like crazy I have the 6 person version of this tent and we really like the tent because it was one of the few tents without the mesh top. However, this tent leaks like crazy even with the rainfly on and a pop-up shade structure over it. The bathtub flooring that is design to keep water out works great for that purpose but also holds the water in when the tent leaks. Last campout we had 2 inches of rain water inside the tent. We have seal the seams twice which kind of help until the factory seal started falling off along with the tent material leaking all over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RONNIE from Very durable and affordable. This tent is very easy for one person to set up in a couple of minutes. Very durable, compact and great for setting up camp when the weather suddenly turns bad. Never had a leak even in Germany's rainstorms, and is also very stable in very windy conditions. Lots of space for sleeping, stashing your gear as well as pockets to house your car keys, phones, and other items that you don't want to dig for in you backpacks. Unlike most tents it actually folds up and re-packs into the carry bag without a struggle. I suggest this tent for anyone who goes camping and want to get set up quickly as well as packing up and moving on within a few minutes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Texas Donna from Smaller than expected. I purchased the adjustable comfort sleeping cot to use inside this 4-person tent; however the tent was too small! The cot was too long for the tent. I was very disappointed. This was my first time purchasing a tent, so I was not familiar with the fact that when the description says "4-person", it really means "2 people in sleeping bags". There is no way 4 people can sleep comfortably in a 4-man tent! Luckily, my grandson had a larger tent I used for the four-day weekend and my cot fit into his "8-man" tent. I gave my 4-man tent to my granddaughter. The tent was very easy to set up, though. My granddaughter and her guest enjoyed it all weekend with sleeping bags.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ally G. from Terrible!! Leaks so bad it’s unusable! We had only used this tent 3 times and the last time it rained. The water was coming straight through the walls and into our tent!! It is not leaking at the seams, but coming through the walls! It is just terrible! We had to take everything out and sleep somewhere else! We tried contacting Coleman and they said that their tents are not supposed to be water resistant. Terrible tent and terrible service!

Rated 2 out of 5 by tburns from Thought it was a good tent until hard rains... This last trip my wife and i were stuck in some moderate rain that lasted the entire day. I actually think this may have been the first real rain other than a fast passing shower. We took on so much water it was incredible, it leaked from top screens and the entire fabric began leaking one it was saturated. Torn on whether to sell this now or just never use in bad weather.
