Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy pitch and affordable The Coleman instant tourer 4 is easy to pitch and useable within a minute of opening the bag. It is simple to erect with all the poles having slide and clip extensions. Just watch fingers as they can bite. There’s a couple of downsides to this version. The main one is that the entrance door is slanted backwards which, when raining allows water to enter the doorway as you unzip to gain access. Also it could use a fly screen on the main door allowing fly free ventilation. Hopefully Coleman will devise an add on ultra light awning to eliminate water ingress in due course. But on the whole this tent is quick and easy to pitch and break camp allowing for campers to enjoy more time exploring and

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to put up -- a little harder to take down! This tent lived up to its description of being easy to put up -- I did so on my own for my kid's Cub Scout camping trip and didn't have to ask another family to help me, which was my goal. Plenty of space for an adult and a child or two adults; I think 3-4 grownups would be a tight squeeze. These aren't complaints, just things to be aware of: this tent is heavier than I anticipated. Fine for car camping, but you're not going to want to carry it very far. But it's not marketed as a light tent that you can carry in a backpack. Second: take your time rolling it back up. If you try to just ball everything up without paying attention to what you're doing, you'll end up with an unwieldy mess. Smooth out the canvas, press as much air out of it as possible, and that'll help you be able to get it back in the car at the end of your trip.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Tent Ever This tent is not at all waterproof, morning dew will leak in. Also, the tent pole turned backward on me during my first trip (2-week camping trip) using it and the tent was then useless. Not only useless but almost impossible to get back in my car because once the pole broke I wasn't able to fold it back up so I had this giant useless thing I had to drive with me for 1000 more miles. Seriously the worst tent I've ever owned. I wish I never bought it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Skylodge 4 person tent I really love the size of it. My priority in a new tent was smaller footprint and being able to stand up. My only problem has been that it really isn't "instant" up. It took me about 15 minutes to finish. The poles stick (getting better after 3 uses) and the fly is so tight that I struggle with it also. I'm hoping everything loosens just a little after multiple uses.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Liked old instant up. Pretty colors. My old instant up was first used in Minnesota for a "storage shed" outside my travel trailer. Threw a 10x12 plastic tarp on and it was good to go! Then started camping in it. Great tent, lots of ventilation. Handy reachable gear pockets. Continued using a cheap tarp for rain fly which worked fine. Window vents were all about 2.5 feet off ground, would have liked one low window for air flow, not a deal breaker. Finally collapsed during very high winds on a canal in Florida, by this time was 8 years old. To be fair same place my brand new eureka cabin tent snapped two poles the following year. Very very gusty! Personally given the lack of description I'd look for the old grey instant up and save some dough. Just bought an old but unused Coleman Outdoorsman! Happy camping!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great tent Great tent! Goes up really easily. I put it up by myself. Only downside is there was some dew one morning that was on the front door and my bedding on that side got a little damp. Might put a tarp up next time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Falling apart after a few uses. Spacious roomy tent, however the poles are beginning to stick. Attempting to close the tent (following instructions) one of the poles punched a hole through the bottom tarp. Only days into my camping trip.
