Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst iteratation of this bottle style yet The original Ashland water bottle is fine (it leaks, but it doesn't have nearly as many issues as this bottle does). First, the hook on the back of the lid is worthless. The original Ashland lid had the clip built in so you could actually hook your bottle onto your bag, but the Ashland 2.0 doesn't come with a clip, and hooking a caribiner to it ensures that the hook can never close all the way, which brings me to the next point: When the hook is open, it interferes with having the straw open. Did they not test this product at all?? Finally, I've had my Ashland 2.0 for less than a month and the push-button for the straw release is already completely broken. For all its faults, at least the original Ashland lid style lasted me for an entire year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST BOTTLE BAR NONE! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink a ton of water on a daily basis. So I'm always on the lookout for bigger and better bottles. And eureka! I found Contigo- 32oz Ashland 2.0 with AutoSpout Lid Tritan Water Bottle Periwinkle. I love that I hold so much liquid and it's got the auto spout which lets me know that it still stays hygienic when I'm not sipping from it. It's locking mechanism so that the spout doesn't pop up on its own when being picked up is aces. If Scott it's handle to be able to carry with one finger or even clip on to a keychain. This is the first I see of this kind of bottle and I will never ever seek out another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible water bottle ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this water bottle, it’s got a lot of features that I appreciate a lot. The handle on the back snaps into place well, and makes it super easy to carry the bottle around with it when walking, or if you wanted to clip it onto something it would work fine. The auto spout button has a lock, so that it can’t be bumped open and I think that’s a super handy feature to have for traveling, or if you have kids. The bottle didn’t leak at all for me, and it kept my water cold for longer than I expected ! It holds a lot, and is dishwasher safe which is always a win in my book. This is my new favorite !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bottle for active kids! I have a large, active family with three teenage boys. We have tried so many different water bottles looking for the perfect one that suites all our needs. Contigo is our go to brand thanks to the variety of sizes and colors. The Ashland 2.0 water bottle with AUTOSPOUT has been one of our favorites for a long school day or soccer practices. This bottle fits into the side pouch on the boys backpacks and soccer bags. These are durable enough to be thrown on the ground (this has been tested over and over 😉) and still does not leak. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the sipping part is hard to clean and they are a bit pricey. Overall, would recommend for the durability and variety of use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sad I loved my 32oz Ashland bottle of the previous version and was sad to have to replace it when I lost it. This one was exciting because of the pretty colors, but that's about all that I like about it. The straw angle is difficult. It goes into the center of the bottle where the bump is at the bottom, so if you don't adjust it, you can't get any water out because the bump blocks it. And then when you do angle it, it angles away, making it more difficult to get the last little bit of water out. I don't like the new style of the handle at the top. I have to keep moving it when I set the bottle down and then want to drink. I loved the clip/carabiner function on the previous one, but there's no clip on this one. And after 2 weeks of giving it a chance, it started leaking, too. I don't have the packaging or receipt anymore, so this one is just going to donation. I've just received a new one of the old style and am glad to switch back. I would not recommend this water bottle, even if you typically love Contigo bottles like I do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable, stylish, and leal-proof water bottle l've been using the Contigo Ashland 2.0 Stainless Steel Water Bottle for a while now, and overall I'm really satisfied with it. The AUTOSPOUT lid is one of the best features because it opens quickly with one button and closes securely to prevent leaks. I can throw it in my backpack without worrying about spills. The stainless steel design feels durable and keeps the bottle looking clean and modern. The grip is comfortable, making it easy to hold during workouts, travel, or daily activities. I also like that the bottle is lightweight and easy to carry around all day. Cleaning and assembling the lid is simple once you get used to the parts. The bottle keeps drinks cool for a long time and works great for water, sports drinks, or iced beverages.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Straw functionality is terrible Compared to the previous model of this water bottle, this one is literal GARBAGE! I bought two of these due to my older version both starting to fail me after too many drops. I hate these new ones. For one, the straw is too long and always catches the bottom of the bottle, making it very difficult to actually suck up liquid. Two, the way the straw attaches is useless, the straw does not stay in where its supposed to, please bring back the "twist-on". Third, I miss the clip functionality of the lid, like why would you ever get rid of that????
