Stainless steel bottles are my favorite to drink from, this one can keep drinks cold up to 24hrs and keep liquid warm for 6hrs. The BIG downfall for me with this bottle is that you can only wash the lid in the dishwasher, not the bottle. When you have many bottles or other dishes, it's hard to keep up with which have to be hand washed so I end up throwing them into the dishwasher and ruining them.

The look of it is sleek, and the grip on it is perfect, won’t slip out of your hands, and is a great size that will fit in your cup holder. It keeps your drink cold for HOURS, atleast 6-7 hours with adding ice. I love the push top that makes the straw pop up, which is a silicone material. The only complaint I have is when you do click the straw up, it will sometimes squirt water out that’s been left over. Other than that, I love it. Easy to clean and overall will last you a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using this Contigo bottle for over a week now, and its hands down become my favourite. It keeps my water cold for hours, Ill put in a few ice cubes in the morning and theyre still there later in the day. I love how easy it is to drink from with the one handed push-button lid, especially when Im on the move. The spout cover keeps things clean (which I really appreciate), and the lock gives me peace of mind when I toss it in my bag. The carry handle with the built-in clip makes it super convenient to take around, and cleaning it has been effortless. The straw comes out easily, everythings BPA-free, and it just feels like a bottle that was actually designed for real life.

It has a non leaking auto spout lid. I take it with me to work, and to the gym. It’s so convenient to have 24oz of water in the water bottle at the time. It helps me manage my water intake and reach my goal so much easier! I like that it’s spill proof, it’s made from a very durable plastic, it’s also clear so that you can see how much you’re drinking. It’s not too big and bulky, it’s actually tall and slim. There are many colors to choose from.

I have been a huge fan of the SS Contigo mugs for years and this one doesn't disappoint EXCEPT that I absolutely DO NOT LIKE the straw design. The original Autospout that has a screw-on straw made MUCH more sense than this ridiculous "2.0" design. No idea what their engineers were thinking but this is NOT an improvement. This is the only reason I can't give it 5 stars - other than that, this is amazing at keeping my ice water, COLD. I've seen it hang onto ice for 48 hours before and was shocked when I opened the lid and saw cubes of ice still present.

This bottle is a very nice pale green color. It holds a decent amount of water. Very easy to drink from. It has a button on the front to lock it and to pop it. The only con I have with the bottle is it does not keep it cold long, not even if you fill the bottle all the way up with ice. It only seems to last a couple hours max.

I'm the type who doesn't drink enough water throughout the day unless I have something to remind me too which is why this water bottle has been so great to have on hand. I fill it with cold water in the morning and it stays cold all day long. This is definitely a quality water bottle and it's helping me to stay hydrated and healthy, win win!

My son continues to choose this Contigo bottle. He likes that isn’t not a wild color or pattern and he really likes the locking lid as an extra leak protection tool. The bottle has never leaked and keeps water cold. I really like that it’s a straw spout so he doesn’t accidentally spill water all over his desk or computer. The only issue I have is that’s the bottle is really tall. Would rather have something shorter and wider. The height causes it to fall out of his backpack side pockets and it also can tip out of the car cup holder. Just a minor thing I would change. Overall really pleased!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Simons from Great when it worked I enjoyed this product, with it's sleek look and simple features. However, there were frequent issues with the pressure and opening. It spat water with every single opening, which was fine when it was only a few droplets, but during one occasion, it continued to erupt water like a volcano right after opening, spilling all over int he car. There was also a lot of water buildup around the screwing of the top, so opening it in any way was almost impossible to stay dry. And though I first appreciated the straw being part of the bend, it does create some extremely difficult to clean bends where a major amount of buildup occurred. Now, less than 5 months later, there is a hole in the straw in the top part of the cap, which is odd to disassemble to say the least. Upon taking it apart showed a small pocket where the buildup collected that would have been impossible to clean.

It is a bit top heavy when empty. Just like the previous autospout, this one leaks from the button (maybe water gets trapped there). I bought mine in Feb and in September it started drawing air. I checked the fit of straw and it was ok, but it still won’t work. It has always been hand washed and used very carefully. I have used 5 Contigo products in last 10 years and this is the only one that stopped working within few months.

I got this water bottle to have one to travel with. I love it so much that I use it full time now. It keeps my water cold, I love the autospout, and the handle makes it very easy to carry especially when my hands are full of other things. I would definitely recommend this!

However, in less than a month, the internal straw in the lid broke. I couldn't use it anymore because a hole opened up in the rubber part, and it's no longer possible to drink water. I didn't do anything different; the straw broke internally in the lid, a hole opened up in it. LESS THAN A MONTH, I wasted my money.

The handle on top makes it convenient to carry and the handle can be put away when not in use. It keeps ice for 24 hours at least and very easy to clean. I did have an issue with the straw nothing water through it as it should. Checked the straw and reconnected it, no problem. .

In the morning of Friday I put some ice and cold water in it for the week end and I packed my stuff to visit my friend in Quebec City. The chiller cup is so easily transportable and I was a pleasant surprise to notice that even more than 24 hours the water was still cold enough to drink it again. We went to several places like hiking, spa, massage, on the road in the car and I really love the way it works. Its easy to open it, the mechanism to lock it and to keep it clean is absolutely well designed. I will surely buy another one for my boyfriend because I will try to steel it from me ahahaha

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sinezona from quality control disappointment I had the old model for years until I finally dropped it enough times that it broke. I then got the new Ashland as a replacement and was excited to see it came in a pretty lavender. After only a few months use the silicone mechanism broke and it was leaking and I was sucking up air through the straw. I contacted customer service and they were very prompt in getting me a replacement but after a few months use this one seems to have failed the same way. Additionally there's no way to remove the silicone mouthpiece for cleaning so mold builds up in there pretty quickly and it's very difficult to clean even when I purchased a brush designed for reusable straws. I was planning on replacing this with one of the other models with a more open mouthpiece for easier cleaning but the quality control problems have me a bit hesitant to purchase another contigo product despite how much I liked their older designs.

I recently had to purchase new Contigo water bottles because I lost one of the old ones & the lid of another one broke (it lasted for a very long time). The new lids are very bulky/heavy. There is no longer a clip which I used all the time (women have to carry multiple items everywhere we go so being able to clip the water bottle to your purse was very helpful!) and the new straw set up does not work well. The previous straws were a hard plastic & all one piece which worked great. The new ones are a more flexible plastic that does not always stay inserted into the lid even when you push it in tightly. I really wish you had stayed with the previous design. You know the saying, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

I take it to work everyday and I have actually forgotten it over night and the next day it still had ice inside that lasted my whole shift. I have been using this since June and this morning I noticed I was not getting any water. Where the spout pops out has gotten a tear in it that’s preventing water flow. Right at the base.

The best features for me are the small & easy-to-carry handle at the top of the bottle plus the straw inside. It definitely keeps water cold until the next day (and in this hot summer thats a must!) It holds a large amount of fluids (710 mls) and thats a bonus for me since. I especially love that the spout is covered when its not in use keeping it safe from dirt and germs. 100% recommend this bottle; they last forever!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Joyffree from Need a way to just replace the lids I bought one of these over a year ago - I hand wash mine - After about 3 months of daily use the vacuum seal was not working properly and I could barley get any water. I would take it apart and put it back together and it would work for a bit then stop. I bought a second autospout bottle (complete) thinking it was a one off. After approx. a month the same thing began to happen, then the spout would not even pop up. I am so disappointed. These are great at keeping my water cold even when I forget them in my car in 90degree weather - not kidding they still had ice inside despite the exterior of the water bottle being the same temp as my car interior Just wish there was a way to get a replacement lid - Or heck for the lids to last longer than 6 months with daily use
