Great Customer Service
Before I had a leaky water bottle that would squeak and make weird noises. I contacted them and they are on it, sending me a replacemtn only hours after I filed my complaint. I'm definitley recommending this company to my friends and family. I'm buying all my water bottles from here from now on!

Straw material breaks easy
I love the shape and size of these water bottles but the rubber piece that bends for the bottle to close broke on my original one within 3 months and I had it warrantied just for that one to break in the same amount of time. When this breaks all suction is lost and the straw is no longer usable.

Love the water bottle

Perfect for every day use

Keeps cold

Never have I seen a bottle push up and out liquid
First Water Bottle bought in 25 years and this one was as miserable as it could have been.
I pushed the button that opened the straw and when the bar was pushed to open the mouth piece WATER CAME WATERFALLING ALL OVER THE PERSON’S DESK, FLOOR IN FRONT AND BACK AND MADE A DISASTER BIG TIME.

Leaks like Niagara Falls
Bought two of these bottles to switch out for my son to use while around the house to encourage him to drink water. Both lasted 5 months before they started leaking profusely when not in the upright position. Super disappointed as I have always had a lot of faith in contigo products before.

Horrible straw line up
Drinks remain at desired temp all day!! However, the straw is a issue!!! It takes " forever " to line it back up to the straw holder. The lines are easy to see but no matter which length is chosen; no liquid comes up the straw! It's enough of a dysfunction to not use this Contigo entirely.

Super Convenient Water Bottle

Watch out for the water explosion!
I want to like this water bottle, I really do. But EVERY TIME I press the button to open the spout there is an EXPLOSION of liquid. I've tried to hold my hand over the spout to slow the opening, tried to not fill it all the way but it spews water every time! Is there a fix for this?

Awesome!!

Great until I gave it a super clean
I also wanted to give this one 5 stars but the internal plastic piece was dirty and the only way to get it clean was to pull it off. I’ve tired for 2 days to get it back together and nothing is working. This is my husband’s water bottle and now he’s mad cause I cleaned it.
