Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best lid design ever! This is the lid that finally makes sense. I have had many iterations of Contigo water bottles over the years, but this is the one that works best, is easiest to clean, and has no hard to reach parts that are impossible to change.

Only complaint is the rivet that joins the handle to the lid - constantly comes apart; has happened to 4 of my bottles now. Would be nice if this was more durable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok for price [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 8 of these. The seals work very well and the top loop is nice to use for carrying and hooking onto a carabiner. The biggest problem we have had is that the tops are not very durable. We broke the loop on two of them right away when they were accidentally dropped. Two more are broken now so we are down to 1/2 of our bottles in good condition. They also pop open easily if dropped as well. All in all, if you are not tough on your bottle at all, these are awesome. They seal very well and will not spill if tipped over in a bag, etc. Colors are pretty, pop top is easy to use and works well, has a wide enough opening for ice to fit, and holds a good amount of water.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So much waste! I love how this bottle fits in my hand. However, the lid broke and became unusable the first time I accidentally knocked the bottle onto the floor. I could not buy a replacement lid so I was stuck with an unusable bottle. I bought a second bottle but the plastic liner has popped out of the lid and cannot be popped back in. I now how two bottles and no lids that work. Contigo - you need to make replacement lids and plastic liners available for sale.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great water bottle with some caveats This is a good bottle. It's easier to clean than other lids and holds a lot. Here are my only gripes... The bottom is too wide to fit into most car cup holders (didn't think of that). There is a little rubber gasket inside the lid that you can't take off or clean under and a smell will get stuck in there, no matter how hard you try to clean it. Lastly, The first time I used this, I had sunscreen on my hands and it permanently etched the plastic so my bottle always looks dirty (it also dissolved the words printed on it). Weird reaction with the plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 24 oz, unusual and great, other features superior Nothing is better! 24 oz is so perfect, better than most which are 20. Now it holds ice PLUS the drink. the lock, the pop-open, are usual and great. I love: wide mouth, dishwasher, finger holder thingy (strong). Only problem: when the rubber washer inside the top comes loose, bottle leaks. BUT everything else is so perfect, I found a way to fix: hold 2 sides of washer down with one pair of thin tongs, and with other hand use thin knife to push washer back in place. I test it for leakage before I leave house and fix before I go.

I started with one by my bed, then a stainless steel one in this style for travel and hiking. I then got one of this style for work, and love it! I've had it for over a year now. I just wish I could get this style in the coriander color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite water bottle! Love this bottle! Easy to clean. Fits in dishwasher on top shelf. I love the fact that the lid locks so I can throw it in my gym bag or any other bag and not worry about it leaking. Or if I drop it it won't pop open and leak out all over the cement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this bottle I bought this bottle because of easy opening and no straw, didn't realize it has a fatal design defect. The gasket in the lid fell out so easily and you are not going to notice until the water splashed out! I had to pick up the gasket and put it back a few times before it finally disappeared and my pants soaking wet. Believe me the gasket will fall out sooner or later. In my case it happened within a week of purchase.

Auto pop lid is quiet. Main concern, like other reviews have mentioned, is the lid is fragile and prone to fractures when dropped. No replacement lids are available. Consider stronger water bottle if predict rough handling.

I dont like straw bottle because the straw is very hars to clean and it build up the dirt over time.... Because the water inside. I love jackson so far i cant find anything better than that

Had only one break and it was one of the pins holding the loop on the top, but I’ve still used it without issue including holding it by the loop. Only issues I’ve had is misplacing them. So I keep buying them. Perfect size, easy to open, easy to clean. It’s the best!

However, It would be nice if we could purchase just the top o-ring as they get discolored fairly quickly and nothing gets that out. We don't need a new lid, just the plastic ring inside. It is completely leakproof, easy to carry - nice design and colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this bottle. No condensation on the outside of the bottle. I can feel safe setting it on furniture. Really keeps water cold for hours. I throw ice cubes in it and they last all day. The handle is comfortable to carry and love the auto pop lid. Got it at a Vons grocery store and am surprised at how nice it is.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mold grows, making more plastic to the landfill. Sadly this water bottle builds up a black mold under the cap in less than a year if you use it daily. The piece that grows mold can’t be removed, the mold grows underneath it. I have had three of these. It’s not a fluke. Every one has done this. The stars are for the easy open, and lightness.

The handle is a bit week though as the connection of mine broke on one hand making it hard for the handle to stay on the bottle. Otherwise, no complaints and easy to clean.
