Rated 4 out of 5 by Nimish from Very good water bottle [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Contigo Jackson Chill 2.0 Stainless Steel Water Bottle with AUTOPOP Lid, 20 oz in Frosted Rose. The bottle is beautiful The frosted rose is such a lovely delicate shade. Sadly, I washed the bottle with a scrub a bit hard and some of the color came off. So I have now a discolored patch on the bottle. The bottle is very well made. The lid is leak proof and has a lock on it. You move the toggle to the left and the lid doesn't open. Move it to the right and now the lid is able to open. Very well thought. The water stays very chill. I filled the bottle at around 10:00 am and it was still post lunch at around 2:00 pm. I didn't test it for longer times. Overall I love the bottle and its a shame that i got that discolored patch.

Actually buying as a replacement for one that I’ve had for years which finally bite the dust in a drop that damaged the lid. Pros: As an active person, the metal body can take a lot of abuse. Nice thin design. Wide handle loop for easy carrying. Lock feature is nice on occasion. Con: On a rare occasion, the spring in the lid is not strong enough to open the lid and you have to nudge it. Seems to occur more often when you have a lot of ice in it and something with the temperature difference seems to create a stronger vacuum seal with the rubber ring.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JEMH from Great Water Bottle, Strongly Dislike the Lid As always with Contigo, the insulated water bottle is great at keeping my water cold throughout the day. However, I have always liked the lids in the past. This one has a pop-up straw-type piece that is too thick and wide. From a hygiene standpoint, I feel like it's one that would hold a lot of germs and bacteria. I contacted Contigo to see if I could purchase a different lid (such as the snapseal one -- piece pops up with small hole for drinking below), and am not able to find a replacement.

The thermos is of extremely high quality, as it keeps the temperature for a long time, both cold and hot because of the great insulation. It has fallen many times and apart from minor external damage, nothing has changed or been damaged. It is very easy to clean, disassembles well and opens easily, but despite this, it does not spill at all, it is completely airtight. It is quite light and very convenient to drink from, as the spout opens completely. It is cool that the upper part from which you drink is completely closed, that is, everything is very clean. I highly recommend it

Keeps my coffee hot for hours and hours on end. I love the lock on it, so I don’t have to worry about it getting knocked over snd spilling when not in use. I love the pop-top, so I only need one hand to open. I recommend guiding it a little so it doesn’t pop open so forcefully, in case some liquid droplets are on the lid. This way it won’t sling onto someone. It’s just an extra, added precaution, in case. 20 ounces is perfect for my morning coffee intake to work. No complaints. I love everything about this. Easy to use, super convenient, and it works! Nothing worse than expecting hot coffee and getting something lukewarm. I will be buying more for family members.

I have to use both hands to do that and so its not really an autopop function anymore. I will always buy contigo but the lid isnt great and they dont sell just replacement lids which is what i need.

Neither scrubbing nor bleach took it off. PLEASE sell replacement lids or replacement lid parts (gaskets)! You sell a great product - stand behind it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by AK47 from So much waste! I love how this bottle fits in my hand. However, the lid broke and became unusable the first time I accidentally knocked the bottle onto the floor. I could not buy a replacement lid so I was stuck with an unusable bottle. I bought a second bottle but the plastic liner has popped out of the lid and cannot be popped back in. I now how two bottles and no lids that work. Contigo - you need to make replacement lids and plastic liners available for sale.

Opens every time, no sticking. Also the wide mouth quick flow opening is awesome! Just right to get to your water fast and into your mouth. I don't like straws or twist tops. Too much work for a quick drink. Great size, sturdy and well balanced. I had been searching for the perfect water bottle and I have found it!! Thank you, Contigo!

The lid doesn’t leak and has a handy locking mechanism. Everything is great until the lid breaks. So my only complaint is lid durability. My son has gone through two water bottles in two years due to lid malfunction. I would love it if replacement lids were available to purchase. Now I have two useless stainless steel bottles

Now it holds ice PLUS the drink. the lock, the pop-open, are usual and great. I love: wide mouth, dishwasher, finger holder thingy (strong). Only problem: when the rubber washer inside the top comes loose, bottle leaks. BUT everything else is so perfect, I found a way to fix: hold 2 sides of washer down with one pair of thin tongs, and with other hand use thin knife to push washer back in place. I test it for leakage before I leave house and fix before I go.

It doesn’t leak at all which is very hard to find without a cap. The mouth is the perfect size (not too big not too small). The cucumber color is soft yet bright. The size (20oz) is perfect for a walk, picnic, or game day. Our water stayed cool for hours and hours! We would definitely recommend this product to any fan of bottles!

I washed and filled the bottle snd when I went to open the lid to take a dring, the lid was jammed closed. It was working just a second ago! Nothing happened, I did not drop the lid, no reason for this to happen. I am really disappointed.

But, I am very disappointed in it's lack of ability to keep ice from melting (very quickly) or to keep water cold for any length of time!! I love the wide mouth, autopop and lockable lid!

It holds a good amount of water for adults and kids. My daughter brings it to her volleyball practices and it’s enough to last her through each session. The stainless steel makes it uncrackble! My kids always have water bottles lying/rolling around in the car and the hard plastic ones never last. It always ends up cracking. And the bigger, wider hole on the lid makes it easy to clean. Love it!

I love the fact that the lid locks so I can throw it in my gym bag or any other bag and not worry about it leaking. Or if I drop it it won't pop open and leak out all over the cement.

Or people that are out and about all day and drink a lot of water. It keeps beverages cold for several hours or hot for a few hours. I like the pop top, easy to open but makes spills less likely and seals securely so there's no leaks. The quality seems good. Not too heavy but durable and the handle makes it easy to carry or clip to a backpack. Overall, good quality and easy to clean.

I wanted something with a good handle to clip it when I go walking. It also has a lock feature and the Autopop feature where with just a push it pops open and is super easy to open. I like black color of it and it is just an over all a nice water bottle. Keeps my drinks cold for a long time so it is nice to take on the go.
