Great cooler
Tried my new cooler out for a 3 day camping/hiking trip last weekend. I prepped the cooler by adding 3 bags of ice (unopened) to cool the inside and then next day draining the excess water and dumping in the bags of ice. Most of the ice stayed frozen for the 3 day trip, even while it was in the back of the car in the sun for 7 hours on a 90 degree day. I did have to drain some water but that is to be expected. Great cooler, great value. No problems with the lid not closing for me.

Coleman xtreme cooler with wheels
I was disappointed in the quality of the cooler. I bought a Coleman cooler 8 years ago and the quality difference was undeniably lesser with the one I just purchased. The lid and lid hinges are so flimsy and it barely stays open. It does not take anything to pull the lid open. My eight year old cooler has a very tight seal on the lid. This one does not. There is no way this new cooler will keep food cold for 5 days as advertised. I would not recommend.

Doesn't keep ice!!
Got this for a camping trip, filled it with ice the night before and by the next afternoon, all the ice was melted. It was sitting in ac the whole time. Advertised for ice to keep "5 days" I would at least expect 2 days...so disappointing. It also does not close with a good seal, there is no give to it. My other older coleman coolers work great, not sure what happened to their quality.

No ice
Bought this cooler the other at Walmart. Put a half a bag of ice in the new cooler and half in my old broken one ( which I believe was the same Colman model only 15/20 years old. The handle finally broke for the second time and I decided to just get a new one. No ice in the new and plenty of ice in the old.Pretty disappointed. Think I’m going to try and fix the old handle again.

Good box - not so great cool box.
Good box - not so great cool box. Easy to move about, loads of space, great when needing an extra seat, however doesn't keep ice for more than a couple of hours when in the sun (in the UK - 20 degrees C). Lid doesn't seem to close properly either, which obviously adds to this issue.

It's a nice enough cooler for day picnics, but for camping no way does this cooler hold ice for 5 days. The seal isn't very good. If you want a cooler that keeps ice spend the big bucks and get one that works.

Leaking right after purchase during first use!
Bought this cooler at Walmart for our lakeside weekend, after getting it home, we realized it’s leaking around the drain hole seal. Very disappointing, at first I was impressed with the way it held ice but paying $59 at Walmart and it doesn’t even last a day to hold the liquid/ice in. We had a huge puddle on the floor! We found the Walmart receipt so hopefully we can exchange this one and not have any other issues with the replacement.

Loose Lid!
The lid is loose and is not able to seal the cooler, there is no way this can keep ice cold for more than 2 days. Without a snug seal, warm air will flow in and out constantly. I've used several coolers on 4 and 5 day trips in the Utah desert over many Memorial weekends, and the coolers with snug lids will keep the ice cold for 5 days, and coolers with loose lids will not. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

Fantastic cooler!
Took a chance and bought two of these coolers for a summer party. Wow! We were surprised that ice was still in one of the coolers two days later! The other cooler it was melted but it was very cold - it also was opened more. We also have an RTIC cooler that we paid a lot more for that the ice had melted. Highly recommend this cooler!!

Does NOT hold ice!
Not what I expected at all. Not worth the price! Does not hold ice more than a few hours outside in the heat and the pull handle is not adjustable making it awkward for anyone over say 5’4 ish to pull it. If I could have any it back I would have. We unfortunately had it at the ballpark for the day before we figured all of this out.

Perfect For Travel
Looks great and easy to haul around with its sturdy wheels and long handle. I can easily take this on my travels without worrying about moving it from my car to my bus and back when it is full because it's light weight and strong also.

Better than igloo
So far.... It's good. Used it for the first time this weekend 9-26-25. I had an igloo that said up to 5 days .. should have said add ice every day. This Coleman so far is doing as good as the old red metal cooker I had 25 years ago.

Not bad for budget cooler
I had this cooler for about 4 years now . Still holds up for all my backyard party's and long camping trips. Keeps ice for about a good 4 days. Can't go wrong has wheels , and drain spout. It's not a yeti but gets the job done.

The color doesn’t match the pic
It’s a cooler, it does what is supouse to do. My only thing is that the color of the cooler doesn’t match the pic. At the end of the date it doesn’t really matter to me but something to keep in mind when ordering.

Screw popped out of the lid. Less than a Year.
Screw popped out of the lid. We have had it less than a year. The lid won't sit flat anymore and loses a lot of cold air quickly. It works, in a binch for us, but DEFINITELY not keeping things cool for "days"

Nice cooler
We have everything from a yeti to a Colman and the Colman will hold ice but not as long as some of the more expensive brands. For the money you can’t beat the product. The prolly wheels are durable.

Easy transport
Use mostly at the condo to transport food, drinks, and other gear down to the pool area. Stays cold inside the cooler all day in 80-90 degree heat and the wheels make it easy to roll.

Perfect
This is my second Coleman cooler. We travel 7
