To retrieve a forgotten password go to the log in screen and click the "Forgot Password" link under the password entry box. You will be prompted to enter your Email Address. Once you select Submit, an auto-generated email is sent with a "reset password" link. When you select the Reset Password link, you will be directed to the Reset password page. Here you can input and save your new password.

You can only use one promo code per order.

Registered User Orders: Log into your customer account, then click on “Order History” on your account page. You will see a list of your most recent orders. Click on the order number to see more information about your order.

Guest Orders: Use our Track Order feature by entering your order number, email address and billing zip code. Click here to go to the track order page.

To place an order, please follow these steps:

1. Browse the site by using the menu at the top of the page. Click on any item you like to see more information. Select a color (if available) and choose a quantity. Proceed by clicking "Add to bag".
2. Once you are ready to check out, review the item(s) in your cart for accuracy. Apply any promotion codes (when available). Next, click "Continue to Checkout" to start the checkout process.
3. Sign in to your Coleman.com account, or enter your email address and continue as a guest.
4. Select or enter your shipping address, choose from the available shipping methods, then click “Continue”.
5. Enter your payment method, and billing information. Review your order, then click "Submit Order" to complete and send your order.

You should receive an email confirming your order within a couple of hours. We'll get in touch again once your package has shipped.

During normal business hours, Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, once an order is placed there is a 30-minute remorse window where you can call customer service at 800-835-3278 to update or cancel your order. After 30 minutes we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Please Note: We are only available to address changes during our normal business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may case. If your order cannot be cancelled outside of these hours, and you would like to return the order after it is received, please visit our returns page to generate a return label.

Some replacement parts can be ordered through eReplacementparts.com and OldColemanParts.com. Coleman does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts and questions about the availability of specific parts should be directed to our partners.

Your product must be under warranty to obtain warranty service. Coleman® products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Some of our most popular items sell out, but may become available in the future. If you'd like to be made aware when an item is back in stock, simply click the "Notify Me When In Stock" button on the product page and provide your email address. We'll let you know as soon as we get more. If there is no "Notify Me" button, then it is not available for purchase at Coleman.com.

When placing your order you will initially be given an order total based on an estimated sales tax. Once your order is processed and an invoice is generated the actual sales tax will be calculated according to the laws of the state to which the order is shipped.

Unused items in their packaging purchased from Coleman.com may be returned in their original condition within 60 days of your order date for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. If we do not receive your items within the 60 days of purchase your refund will not be processed. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
