An email confirmation will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your product as well as an RMA label and optional shipping label for you to print out. Coleman will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.
Please note: Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Coleman or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Unused items purchased from Coleman.com may be returned in their original condition within 60 days of your order date for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
We do not accept the return of Coleman product not purchased at Coleman.com. Purchases made at a store or another retailer must be returned to the location where the purchase was made and are subject to its return policies.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Replacement part orders placed with our Consumer Services Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.

Make sure to pack your item(s) securely so there is no damage to the returned product during transit. You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
When choosing your shipper, we recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, color, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10-15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
After your return is processed and credited, you will receive an email confirmation. Additionally, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be applied to your account.
