Hello, Thanks for your question! On the RoadTrip 225 Portable Tabletop Propane Grill, the drip tray is located underneath the grill and is designed to catch grease and food drippings during cooking. It is removable for easy cleaning and should slide out once the grill is cooled down. Water is not required but makes it easier. I line my well with tinfoil. Side benefit is you can leave extra at the outside edge to block wind.

This might be a bit late but the propane regulator attachment on mine was taped (out of sight) to one of the two big styrofoam pieces that protect the grill for shipping. I almost missed it.

I purchased the Coleman brand propane hose with adaptor Model 5475 froom a local Walmart. It cost about $20. It has the connection to the regulator behind the 225 where you'd screw in the 1 lb tank to the larger 20lb sized tank. Even though there are two regulators with this setup, it works very nicely.

i am having the same problem. I followed all of the instructions about how to turn the gas on and off. I have swapped several fuel sources to no avail to see if that was the issue. Clearly there is an issue because the unit isn't functional as is.
