I don't know if fanny pack is trademarked or they wanted to set it apart but with the quality of this thing they can call it whatever they want. It is sturdy/thick, well made, spacious and relatively cute for what it is. I think the colors are neutral. Definitely not cutesy but not ugly either. And my absolute favorite part. That belt adjusted large enough to fit someone that wears a size 3x in bottoms. And tightened for someone in large so id say it's very adjustable and comfortable. It's definitely made for a hike but I imagine it'd be nice backpacking around on vacation/exploration. I hands down recommend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adjustable and multi purpose I received a complimentary Coleman Edgewater 7 Waistbag in exchange for my honest opinion. This bag is versatile as it can be worn around the waist or diagonal as a cross body bag. My son prefers to wear it around his waist. This bag has a top handle which makes it easier to fasten and unfasten the bag. This is very useful as my son is Autistic and struggles with finger and hand dexterity. I also like how easy it is to tighten and loosen the adjustable waist. The bag is roomy, waterproof, equipped with strong zippers, light weight yet durable, and has separate compartments and pockets. All around this bag is a good product and very useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect waistbag Firstly thank you Coleman for letting me try this for my honest opinion. I'm not a waistbag kinda person, and primarily carry my stuff in backpack as it more comfortable and I can carry more stuff. But the purpose of waistbag is entirely different. However this specific product was made to solve all the problems. The best bit is the band, which is quite thick and has a large size clip for locking and unlocking. This makes it much comfortable and convenient to wear. The zippers are top notch and their handles are solid built. There are so many section inside and even a hidden section. This is a great waistbag from the house of Coleman.

There are cinch-able side straps that allow you to tighten, expand, and anchor extras like a carabiner or something you need to clip-on. The adjustable belt band is also big enough to fit over your coat or across your shoulder. There are two large mesh side pockets, it is made with Signature Shield Water Repellent material that keeps the interior dry during any weather, and has reflective zippers that help with visibility. Definitely a great product for those always on the go!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Edgewater Waistbag The Coleman Edgewater Waistbag comes in a neutral gray and black color, featuring an adjustable strap for easy wear around your waist like a traditional fanny pack or across your chest or back. The main compartment is spacious and can hold many items, including your phone, over-the-ear headphones, camera, feminine products, and protection. You could even fit smaller books or an iPad inside. Additionally, it has a mesh zip-up pocket on the inside and a small zip pocket in the front. There are two mesh pockets on each side of the bag for water bottles; though not very deep, they have adjustable straps to keep the bottles secure. This waist bag is perfect for my walks around the park or everyday wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bag! When you were camping, you know that any little thing dropped on the ground is most likely lost. This bag will carry all of your little junk that you have to keep somewhere and this will keep it close on your waist. Coleman knows camping, and this waist bag is no exception. There’s a lot of different pockets and there’s a lot of room for all the things that you need while camping or really whenever you want. I would even use this while shopping, underneath of my coat if or if I’m in a city underneath my clothes. This is a great product and I will definitely recommend it. Coleman has made a quality waist bag that will last for a long time. I received a complementary bag in exchange for my review. All comments and opinions are my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable This is a hefty Fanny pack! This is a waist bag that will last forever. It’s so durable and so much space inside. I brought it to work and stuck a plastic water bottle in it and there was still so much room inside of that one pocket. Not to mention there is another pocket as well. The waistband is also adjustable and has water bottle elastic holder on both sides in the front. I would recommend this heavy duty waistband, especially if you are hiking, going out camping, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and functional Coleman has made a fantastic, sturdy belt bag! It holds quite a bit of stuff with multiple pockets comfortably. It's durable lasting through several hikes. The band can be let out very far so will fit a range of sizes and while the clips are plastic they're fairly sturdy. If you're using this day in and day out in a manual labor job I think those might wear out pretty fast but I can't think of a reason why anyone would need to use it for that. It's good for hikes, day trips, fishing, etc. and will last a good while doing those things. The pockets are really helpful for separating out items you might need for those sorts of trips as well. Overall a great addition to your outdoors adventures gear and I highly recommend it.
